You probably shouldn't give an appointment slot and just provide a window time. Between 1-2pm or 4-5, etcetera. I did not do the deep cleaning because I didn't have time to organize the bedrooms. They did the downstairs and both of my bathrooms. The bathrooms were done really really well. They cleaned the kitchen too, and I can't even believe they washed and put a sink full of dishes in the dishwasher and unloaded my dishwasher, that was a significant lift. I have hardwood floors all throughout and I couldn't really tell if they mopped the floors or not. I saw some stains that were inside before I left and still there when I came back. That and the tardiness is the only reason why I won't give it five stars.
