I had the Ban Mi with grilled Pork - Perfect balance of flavors in the sandwich and the bread was soft on the inside with the perfect crispy exterior. My wife had the red curry noodles. Excellent balance of flavor and spice. Pro tip: Be sure you know what kind of noodles you want. She went with the egg noodles, but would have preferred the rice noodles. I never leave reviews but I feel this should be reviewed. Last night I came in excited to try this place but unfortunately the customer service that the two girls at the front gave me was unacceptable. To start off the judging when asking questions was not needed. The rude eye rolling at customers was unacceptable. When they called my name for my order the Asian lady dropped it on the counter before I could grab it from her and walked away. My husband and I both had questions about the menu and you could just tell they did not want to help us with the questions. And trust me it wasn't just us. They ran out of forks and when we needed to grab another the same Asian lady seemed very upset she had to help us get them. Proceeded to grab them for my husband and shoved it in his face without looking at him. Not to mention I asked for my BBQ pork to be GF and I'm pretty sure it wasn't. I'll start by saying the food here is bomb & I love how the bun, banh mi, curry, soup etc is all customizable.The bread on the banh mi was perfectly crispy on the outside but still soft/chewy on the inside and the meat to veggies ratio was perfect. The bun was also good, I really liked the different sauces (especially the spicy tiger). I love how they have the chili oil, crispy onions & garlic over to the side so you can add as much your heart desires. If spice is your thing, don't forget the Thai chilies! The prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality (especially the banh mi - it's so hard to find places that have good bread) I took off a star because it was my first time here and the customer service was lacking. The person helping me was visibly rolling her eyes, sighing, and cutting me off while I was ordering. A bit frustrated with this place, if you advertise that you close at 8, you should inform customers that you do last call at a certain time to stop making food. Called to do a to-go order at 7:10 pm and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and assumed they forgot and I called back to get a voicemail. Your voicemail should inform clients you stop taking orders at a certain time. Also that's so incredibly rude to put someone on hold and not have the expectation of answering the call. read more

The only reason for one less star is, it took SO long to get the food made and the portion sizes for the proteins especially were very small for the price paid.
