I have nothing positive to say about this experience. Do not work with this company. Would not show up when they said they would. Would not call when they said they would. When communication did happen it was always rude. Felt completely taken advantage of being a single female and paying 3000 for a small piece of drywall to be put back up. Him and Fusion Flood and Fire do not communicate and the job was never completed. The place was left a mess. Please save yourself from using them. read more

My plumber referred me to A/S General Contracting to do the water mitigation for damage caused by a leak from a toilet upstairs. The crew immediately came onsite to assess the situation and was very informative in how it would be handled. After drying the affected areas, they performed the repairs by putting new tile flooring(which looked fantastic) on the bathroom, patched the dry wall, and repainted the entire ceiling downstairs. They were also able to work things out with my insurance to approve an estimate. Ali was easy to communicate with and every crew member that I came across was very professional and friendly. We are so glad that we chose A/S General Contracting to do our home repairs and remodeling. After a major flood downstairs, our home had to be completely ripped up and replaced. We took several bids from many contractors in our area. A/S General Contracting was a standout from the very first day. Abel came in to assess the damage and submit a scope to our insurance. He listened to our concerns and our vision on how we wanted our home to be like. Robert was very responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He got to my place fast, and put a plan in to place to limit the damage and get things fixed. He was punctual and supplied the scope to the insurance adjuster within the time frame he gave. Ali followed up with beginning the process. He was wonderful at following through with communication after the initial contact. I put a pause on the job because I was overwhelmed with the whole process (insurance claim and working with other venders), and therefore haven't followed through on the work.
