This place is without a doubt THE WORST auto repair shop experience ever. They gave me a $1200…read moreestimate for a passenger door dent and scrape repair, and said work would be done in a week. Five days later they said they were sending it to their sister shop (literally run by their sister) to complete the work. The sister shop in Victorville sent me a new estimate for $500, which apparently was just the insurance deductible. When I go to pick it up, the actual cost billed as $2800, including the $500 deductible. The work was done over two weeks later, and they either broke the cruise control lever or ripped it out to replace it with a broken one from another vehicle. Judging by the damage to the steering column (which has nothing to do with a door repair) they switched my cruise control out with another broken one, unless they broke the original one and damaged the steering column unsuccessfully trying to fix it. I tried to call them 20 minutes after I picked the car up: no answer, no answering machine... just like multiple other times that I tried to contact them. Not sure how one could get any worse "service" than this. It was one lie after another, ridiculously slow turn-around time, insurance fraud as well as theft and/or vandalism. Yes, I am filing complaints with the BBB, NCPB, etc. DO NOT GO HERE!
