I've been very satisfied with A to Z in the past so I called him again. He arrived within an hour and diagnosed the issue (was the alternator not the serpentine belt). He had the parts the next day and replaced the alternator, serpentine belt (it had nearly 200K miles on it) and some other minor issues for a 14 year old car and even changed the oil. Boris was truly outstanding. The AC on my son's car stopped working but he is busy working as a school teacher during business hours. So the only option was a weekend repair. It turns out the majority of the service centers are closed on Saturdays except for an oil change or tire replacement.
