Carmen was my technician and immediately diagnosed my problem which only confirmed what I assumed was the problem. I had to have my electrical panel replaced and some work done on the other bathroom outlets. All work was completed from start to finish within 3 hours. The technciand quoted me a price which was a little high but I needed to get the work done. Then they added 522 dollars for a permit which I thought was high but the technician said it was for the inspection afterwards. I called my city permit issuer and was told it was a flat rate of 85 dollars and they lied to me . A1 technicians will not be allowed on my property. They got two stars because they did it good job. I requested a quote from this company to install an EV charger for my new Tesla and the guy asked me a bunch of questions including if I'm renting or I owe the house, when I told him I'm renting he immediately told me he can't even show up and give me the quotes because he needs to talk to the landlord. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, I understand if BEFORE doing the project you want to make sure landlords is aware and agrees with it, but for a quote? That I don't even know if I'm going to use them or if they are going to come with an outrageous quote? I'm not going to bother my landlord for that, thank you, but I'll pass. On the day of the install a differant crew showed up and started installing all wrong. Had to stop them and tell them what i wanted done. Larry and i talked about what i wanted. After moving thing around i went and ckecked on the progress. I told the installer where the plug in was to go but he took it upon himself to put in a different location any ways. When they were finished the found out the had tge wrong cord for my generator and is was another week before they came back with a pigtail cord to plug into the 20ft cord they brought back. Now i have 21ft of cord to use when a 4footer is all i needed ! P.S. they came back a 3rd time to get payment. read more
