We moved into a new neighborhood and purchased a new home and after much consideration we decided to go with AAA Water Systems for our water filtration system. Several days after installation, we noticed a water leak that had caused extensive damage to our brand new cabinet. We notified AAA and obtained a quote on repairs from our builder and supplied to AAA over a month ago. This was the last we heard from the Operations Manager, Wes Bohn, who was handling the claim. We have sent numerous email, voicemails and no one has responded as to the status of our claim. I even contacted the sales division, as this was the only actual person I could speak to, who told me this was going to be escalated to upper Management and that I would receive a phone call back that very day. Needless to say, I did not. Beyond frustrated and if the owner happens to read this, we would greatly appreciate a response. read more

I purchased a home that came with the Kinetico system from AAA Water Systems. I am very please to have a combination filtration/softening system in my home. I had routine service on it several times and was always pleased. About a month ago, I spotted a Kinetico truck in the Pleasanton Safeway parking lot. I was nearing the truck as the gentleman exited. Of course we both had masks. This gentleman's name was Tony Soltani. I had a question about my system so I asked if he minded a question and he was very open to it. FARZAD IS AMAZING- the best; So I had a situation in my kitchen cabinets with a leaky pipe. My water filters were replaced a couple of days back and I thought something might have been loose. So I assumed maybe the water lines are not tightened or something broke- this was on Sunday - so I called emergency hotline and Farzad was available. We did video analysis and found the issue- which was the dishwasher air-pipe. Farzad came to my house and deconstructed the issue and fixed it. I am so grateful to him for his passion for customer obsession and dedication. He fixed the issue and again verified each and every lines. I have been a customer of AAA water systems for over 16+ years. I have a water softener system and a reverse osmosis system. I had Alfonso and Ricky at my house today to do a clean out of my reverse osmosis system. They were very polite, and well organized. I appreciated the strong understanding they have for there product. They didn't hesitate to answer or seem to be bothered by the several questions I had regarding my system. They were very forthcoming with all the information to give me a stronger understanding of how my reverse osmosis/water softeners system works. One thing I really appreciated is, I had an appointment set up for 2 weeks to have my water softener system maintenance. I asked Alfonso if he could do it today instead so I didn't have to wait. He didn't hesitate to do the appointment today instead of making me wait the 2 week. To me that is very good customer service. They were telling me before I asked that they had a very busy day already, but it did not deter them from wanting to make sure that my system was to my satisfaction before they left. AAA water systems should be honored to have two employees like Alfonso and Ricky that take that kind of pride in their work. I don't see too much customer service like that anymore, which is very disappointing.
