I thought that my Kinetico Water System was not working properly because it sounded like it was running water too long down the drain. The technician, Tommy Beardsley, checked the reverse osmosis system thoroughly and tested the water. He stated the test was perfect. He said that it was only back flushing and that it would stop after a short while. He did not charge me for the visit. He was prompt , kind, and thoroughly. read more

Tony designed our system 10 years ago to filter and soften our well water. Has worked great. Recently, we had a change in the water which resulted in a foul smell. Tony came back out and recommended some changes to the system for additional filtering. The installers came out and essentially re-plumbed the whole thing to accommodate the new additions to the system. The installers had a big job, but they knocked it out quickly and it is clean! I had an extremely wonderful and informative initial visit with AAA. My technician was Al. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining findings from my water test and how to fix the problems. I unfortunately have a previous system installed by AWP. Al was able to explain the differences between the systems and help me find terrifying issues with the AWP system. Al also helped explain how to get the best and safest water in my area. I was able to pick the best system for my home, apply for financing, and set up install of the new system. They will even remove and recycle the old system. I hope everything will go as smoothly with the install. So far, I can not recommend AAA enough. I wish I had contacted them sooner. Al was extremely thorough during his visit - making sure to check my softner and drinking systems. He even addressed a leak that I didn't think was a big deal. He also took the time to educate me on my system and how they work. Biggest tip - he told me to buy a bypass filter for my fridge so that my drinking water system can actually do it's job. I wanted to wait at least a week of use of our new water softener from Kinetico. Thanks to MIKE and the installers SAM and ABLE (apologies if i misspelled your names. MIKE threw the sales pitch. We wanted quotes from Kinetico and another 'new' type of water softener company. However for my wife and i, our factor was price and Kinetico was cheaper but also sold us on the operation system. Another main factor for me was the use of electricity/power for the unit. Kineticos unit does NOT need power. It uses the force of the water coming into your home to operate. It also does NOT drop water pressure in your house. Mike noted that the tech isnt old, it isnt new, but it just WORKS. Its bulletproof. After a week we can literally SEE and FEEL the difference. SAM and ABLE installed our unit within the day. They were so courteous and respectful and also efficient. They did such a clean install where the piping is subtly routed which i loved. Ok the Four star rating is based on the initial meeting with Damian, and the install with Ammar. I will update this more once I see how the new system works out. I went online to Home Depot and requested a quote for a whole house system. I was called within a day by AAA and scheduled an in house appointment within the week. Damian came out and did a great job - very knowledgeable. I won't go into the specifics but needless to say we were horrified by our water and agreed to purchase the system that night. Damian said it would be a couple weeks but we were called the very next day and got scheduled again within a week. On install day Ammar arrived on time as promised. Perfectly polite and professional...Ammar went above and beyond to ensure our set up was just right and that we were happy with the way it looked as well. He did a fantastic job running the new plumbing. Very pleased. Looking forward to the softer and safer water! UPDATE!! Been a couple months and so far so good. Took sitter getting used to the softer water in the shower, etc. but we are liking it. We do plan on using better quality salt when its time to add more (going to use the higher quality pellets instead of the random chunky stuff that was initially put in there). Overall though it's made a difference with the hard water stains and mineral build up. Only have one non softened tap now to water our plants so that's a little bit of a pain, but manageable. read more

This review is actually overdue. This business is absolutely the best in all respects. Their products are top class in the water softening and purification industry, absolutely the best. Also their service is top notch, this is one of the rarest businesses in US that really cares for the customer. During the initial install of the RO under my kitchen sink, there was a mistake done by the installer that caused some water leak. Things happen. But their entire team including front desk staff, installers, their service manager and the owner himself made it a priority to make it right for me. Despite continuing availability issues during COVID crisis, they came through and fixed everything to my satisfaction. Their entire staff including the owner are so pleasant to talk to and work with.
