Appointment scheduled for Monday. Showed up and the transmission tech was out, so they told us to come back tomorrow. Story time! My husband brought my car here because it was having issues when I was accelerating/shifting. Scott said that he was understaffed and backed up but that he could probably take a look at it that weekend - okay no problem, we can wait a few days. A week later we called for an update and he said he hadn't looked at it yet but maybe this weekend he could get to it. An entire month goes by with my car sitting at this shop and now we can't get this man on the phone and we have gone there in person three times and no one has been there during opening hours. We call corporate and they say they can't get him on the phone either and they never know when he will show up to work, okay so why is he still in business? Not knowing what else to do, we leave a note on the front door telling him to call us so we can come pick up the car, he doesn't call us but he does answer the phone when we call him later that day. He says he test drove the car and thinks it's misfiring but he never called us to say what was wrong with it, give us an estimate on the repairs or do anything to repair it. He says he'll be there tomorrow and we can come get the car, we show up to get the car and he gives us the keys - the car won't turn on. That's funny considering the car had no trouble turning on when I left it there. He replaces the battery in the key, still doesn't turn on. He opens the compartment in the trunk where the battery is, it's filled with water and the battery is obviously dead. He replaces the battery which was not dead when I brought it there and charges us $260 for it, the car still doesn't turn on obviously because it's been sitting in water for who knows how long while this man has done nothing to repair it. We call another mechanic and he tells us to file an insurance claim, we do that and insurance tries to arrange to have the car towed but guess what? Scott won't answer the phone. They can't tow it without speaking to him first so we text him, call him, no answer. We leave another note on the door and 3 days later they're able to get the car towed. Now the car is at Audi being repaired but it's moldy from sitting in water for so long and I have a lung disease so I'm going to have to sell it after it's repaired and I'm going to have to pay thousand of dollars since the car is worth less than what I owe on it now. Went in for transmission problems. Paid for transmission fluid change and tune up. Transmission failed completely the next day. The shop that replaced it stated it was black and never changed. They confronted them but the office manager said they wouldn't budge. I'm out over $700, more with credit card interest. Avoid them like the plague. read more

i had them do a bunch of work to my truck about 2-3 years ago and i'm still finding random bolts missing or messed up work from aamco, since i've had them replace my rear axle , engine block, transmission, and a few more things i've found a red rag in my transfer case , bolts missing off the manifold-exhaust couplers, 2 bolts snaped of in the engine block for the manifold, and was told they couldn't figure out where one of my 4x4 vacuum hoses went so i had to figure it out on my own. all on a 2002 ford f150. read more

!!!!Stay Away!!!! Howard is the worst and last person you want to deal with let alone TRY to fix your vehicle. I took my vehicle here for a transmission problem and he told me he knew w the problem was and would have it back in a week. I had to keep calling to get updates on where they were at in the process of fixing it. Needless to say he kept throwing parts on the vehicle and charging me more and more without knowing if it was going to fix it. 3 weeks in again I called to see what the deal was and he told told me he was going to have to buy another expensive part not know if it would fix the problem. I told him this wasn't going to work, I'm now without my vehicle for 3 weeks and no progress. He then jumped to the conclusion of me not going to pay him so he went off like a child and called my truck a POS!!!! In the end I paid him close to $2,000 for not fixing my vechile. I then took it to a real transmission shop who then had my vehicle fixed and back to me in a week!
