When I arrived, I was told there were no technicians available--at my appointment time. No call, no message, nothing. I rescheduled for two days later and even left work early to make it. This time? The tire machine was "broken." Again, no notice. Trying to retrieve my tires was just as bad. I had 8 tires shipped (for two vehicles), and the staff couldn't even locate them properly. I had to show my invoice before they bothered to look again. It took another 5-10 minutes to find the rest. Throughout both visits, employees were on their phones and completely disengaged. The shop itself felt disorganized and poorly run. To top it off, their install quote was higher than other local shops--and nowhere near worth the hassle. This place wasted my time twice and showed zero professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone.

When the hood of your truck is up, you have a gap that you can see the top of the motor so I could tell what they were checking and what they never touched. Wiper fluid, Trans fluid, wiper blades, brake fluid, power steering fluid , air pressure in tires, air filter, etc...never touched. All of these things are on the "service check list" that they give you after you pay them for your records. So when this was brought to the attention of the tech, he informed that he had done it but they were out of washer fluid ...lies!!! Anyway, STAY AWAY!! Thieves. .

So I bought all the parts I need to do that swap. Once I pulled the wheel off I noticed everything they had pulled off was loose & the sway bar end link completely broken. The axle wasn't fully seated either. Tried calling them & they're all of a sudden too busy to pick up. Funny how the manager pat tried to connect with me saying his dad is a retired chief. Story time: Took my car there at the start of June 2022 to get my brakes fixed and was back in the shop by the end of the same month because a caliper brake pin fell out after driving less than 1k miles. THAT SHOULDN'T EVER HAPPEN. A year to the day of my first round of service with them (6/11/22 to 6/11/23) my caliper got jammed while turning off a busy highway because all but one caliper bolt had fallen out. I'm no car expert but clearly whatever work I had done there was incorrect because nothing should've fallen out within 2 weeks or a year...or ever. I then had to drop an unnecessary almost 1k at another place to actually get the job done right... so in total paid $1700 and had my life on the line. Also important to note that I had no other car service done between June '22- June '23 minus a basic oil change that I was present for. Called Big Al's to explain the situation and my concerns for safety (spoke with the manager Charles G, 0/10 do not recommend) and was met with nothing but being talked over repeatedly, tons of deflection from the issue and blaming the problem on my car being tampered with or it having another problem that caused this....they don't take ANY accountability and have ZERO customer service skills. I also felt like I was trying to be silenced/talked down to because I'm a woman and was excessively called ma'am... I'm not your grandma dude. I along with other people could've been seriously hurt at the hand of their crap job and they don't give two shits. All he talked about was himself and how he's been in the industry for 25+ years so it's impossible that someone on the team could've made a mistake... God forbid. I'm honestly so angry about the entire situation - just the fact that I/my fiancé/cat could've died and/or killed someone because of their errors that they can't own up to. Total bill was…read more$165.83. before dropping it off I checked to make sure everything would pass inspection that included all lights & signals etc. They replaced a fog light bulb without authorization ($29.86 part & labor) that wasn't bad when I dropped it off. Also, the alignment is the same as it was when I dropped it off (no before & after printout either). Needless to say, I won't be going back and I suggest you use caution when dealing with them because they are shady.
