Tom called about 10mins. before arriving and was professional from his service van to his greeting. He quickly deduced the problem with our dryer and began getting it ready for repair. He had the new wheel part in his van and after about 2 hours our Dryer was working great again. He noticed our vent hose had a tear so also fixed that and made sure it was secure for venting. After looking at it the technician informed me that the compressor was bad so it was time to buy a new refrigerator. It's rare but very much appreciated for someone to be up front and honest vs trying to sell unnecessary and existing dive repairs. The technician let me know that due to its age my refrigerator has went past its life expectancy and that it's not worth spending over $1,000 for a repair on such an old refrigerator. He even told me when I go looking for a new refrigerator what brands to stay away from as he has seen many of those brands require constant repairs. TL;DR: Pearson's had exactly what we wanted, when we needed it... and at a fair price…read more Our 13-year-old Bosch dishwasher broke during the 2020 pandemic. We wanted a new Bosch, but everyplace we checked either (1) didn't actually stock dishwashers (they were in a "central warehouse" and had to be shipped) or (2) were backordered for months -- even the online retailers. We stopped by Pearson's on a lark (first time in the store) and found exactly the model we wanted --that was backordered everywhere else -- for the same price that HD had it at (with a months long delivery time). The entire transaction took less than 30mins and in even less time, we had it loaded up and ready to transport home. By nightfall, we had a working dishwasher self-installed. Woohoo! This is not a fancy store with shiny displays. What they have is appliances in stock in the back-warehouse... which is what we needed. We were assisted right away at an appropriate, simple "Can I help you with anything" level (not pushy or bait/switch). The next time we need an appliance, we'll be adding Pearson's to the list of places to look.

I want to give a shout out to the delivery driver Marvin and his assistant (sorry I didn't get his name) they were so careful in the process of getting the fridge from the street through the bare dirt backyard. Once in the house they were very respectful of the brand new flooring and the fit into the fridge space. Other things in the day did not go so well, but this was a welcome relief to have it done with such care and respect. The reason for the lack of five stars is because any time I called the store, I never got to talk to a real person, but had to leave a message and wait for a call back.

We bought them in November of 2025. Luis came out and installed the washer and dryer and took the old washer and dryer. We had a 2 month warranty. Everything was doing well until we moved out of the townhouse. The movers removed the washer and dryer from where it was located and the mess all on the wall and floor area was awful! The lint wasn't blowing outside through the trap but building up on the walls, hose that led outside and the floor. I took pictures of the area because I knew the property management will be charging me to clean up the area. I called Ferrer's Appliances and spoke to Luis and explained the situation. He told me there was nothing they could do and they were not going to pay for the charge I received based on their installation. I've attached a picture of the area! I'd highly recommend not using Ferrer's Appliances. We could have had a major fire because of the installation! I will be sending this to the Better Business Bureau as well! I hate that I even have to give them 1 star to post this review!!
