Error codes appeared and were provided to Peter who responded timely. Over time Grant and Peter both came to our home and attempted to repair the oven. Both were cordial, on time, and left the place clean but neither seemed to have the knowledge or capacity to complete the job. First visit: Grant spent a considerable amount of time researching the error codes and how to proceed using his electronic device (phone or tablet). He replaced a small part and the oven worked a few times then the problem reoccurred. We requested a more experienced tech come out and the owner (I believe) Peter came out. During that second visit Peter suggested rebuilding the motherboard. After months of waiting we received a text that the motherboard had come in. Peter reinstalled the motherboard on the third visit. During our Thanksgiving meal preparation on Thanksgiving Day the problem reoccurred. We called and sent a text in desperation - advising our ham was in the oven. We didn't hear back. We received a text message on 12/1/25, stating they were closed for the holidays, and asking if we were able to get our oven fixed? During the fourth visit Peter didn't know what else to do, and offered to install a new oven or refund the amount of the service call. He sent a quote for over $2100 for a new (low end) Whirlpool wall oven (our current oven is a slide in) which included installation and haul away of the existing oven. I had done some research and determined that that price was greatly inflated so on 12/12/25 we accepted the offer for a refund for the service call of $477. We finally received the refund via Zelle on 1/14/26, after numerous follow up attempts in writing and by phone. Based on this experience it doesn't appear their skill levels go beyond maybe simple repairs or installations. Both Grant and Peter admitted that a lot of the work they do is for home warranty companies. The integrity however is a bit bothersome - the delayed refund, lack of communication pertaining to its status, a lie from the office staff stating an email was sent on 1/5/26 asking if we had Zelle, accepting a job they weren't equipped to complete, and not having on-call response for emergencies. Sorry I can't recommend at this time.

That company was not able to repair the washer. One of our neighbors recommended Appliance Worx and I'm so glad they did. Their techs were able to diagnose the problem and repair the washer. While they were here they were also able to clean a blocked dryer vent for us. They were prompt, friendly and efficient and I recommend them highly based on our experience with them.

However, Tom had a canceled appointment and was able to come at 1 PM to fix the issue. He provided great service at a good price and was very honest. I also asked him to check my fridge, which hasn't been making ice for three years. After assessing it, he said it wasn't worth repairing since the part is expensive and hard to find. It's rare to find an honest repairman these days, so I really appreciate Tom and Jessica for their excellent service. Now, I can finish my spring cleaning for the Lunar New Year!

After looking at it the technician informed me that the compressor was bad so it was time to buy a new refrigerator. It's rare but very much appreciated for someone to be up front and honest vs trying to sell unnecessary and existing dive repairs. The technician let me know that due to its age my refrigerator has went past its life expectancy and that it's not worth spending over $1,000 for a repair on such an old refrigerator. He even told me when I go looking for a new refrigerator what brands to stay away from as he has seen many of those brands require constant repairs. When trying to confirm that I was selecting the correct computer, the kid kept looking for an escape instead of making eye contact with me. I walked out without the camera stuff because I couldn't stand another minute with the young man who was totally put out helping me. If you are looking for knowledgeable customer service, you should shop somewhere else.
