The açaí bowl was good but didn't blow me away. There wasn't nearly enough granola per açaí bite. The fruits were good and the service was fast. I came just before a rush, so I got to sit and enjoy it before they got busy. I grabbed my own lid and bag to to go the rest of it. read more

We came across this place on Google and thought it would be a nice spot to try. When we got to the counter, the service unfortunately didn't start off great. The girl at the counter, who was tall with blonde hair, seemed new, so I tried to be patient and understanding.We placed two separate orders, but one of them somehow got lost, and we ended up waiting about 20 minutes. That was a bit frustrating. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I would consider coming back again, but prices can be high. read more

Sitting in a concrete jungle is this awesome Jungle Cafe. They did a great job creating an environment where you can enjoy and relax with your visit. The service is prompt and friendly, there's a short line but it goes fast. That type of line that makes you understand the place is good and other people know as well. The food is delicious. My favorites are the portobello sandwich and tuna sandwich when it's available. My kids love the grilled cheese sandwich as well. Drinks are always good, coffee is hot, and the açaí shakes are on point. Don't skip out on a acai bowl , it's their specialty. read more

I love this place so I'm disappointed to give it such a low rating. I got my normal bowl which includes seasonal fruit with no mango. The girl at the register repeated "no pineapple?" And I said oh yes pineapple just no mango. She apologized and the order was correct on the screen. when I got my bowl (which I opened back at my office as I was on my lunch) it was piled high with mango, had no pineapple, and very minimal of the other fruit. disappointed:/ read more

I am always looking for delicious and healthy restaurants and this fits that to a T! I love this place! So cute and everything I've had here from the salads and açaí bowls to the smoothies and lattes have been delicious! The portions are good and the prices are pretty standard. Service is also very friendly and attentive. I love the cleanliness of the space too. What a cute place! I love their decoration. First and most importantly to me- they have pure açaí. I got their power size, which is basically medium. It comes with granola, banana and 1 topping of choice. Any additional toppings cost extra. They had a mango passion fruit cooler on their special menu and I was not disappointed. Everything is fresh. This place is a joke! They messed up my order and put granola on my daughter's Acai bowl when she is allergic when I specifically told them what I wanted on the bowl. They didn't have chocolate chips so they decided to put cacao nibs instead without asking me if that's ok. I called to tell them they messed up and the shift lead Natalia was so rude! Now I'm at the ER because of their mistake and all she said is she made the Oder and didn't make a mistake. I would totally stay away from this place. It was also very dirty and there was flies and knats all in the restaurant and probably in the food! Wow the owner responded and all said was sorry we were not nice on the phone! They did not try to fix the mistake. She made no comment about my kid being in the ER due to her allergies which I mentioned. And took zero responsibility for the flies and called me a liar! I give the almond milk matcha latte a 4 out of 5. The olipop was over $4. Their chicken and rice bowl a 4 out of 5. Ambiance of the outdoor seating was really nice. I want to try a salad next time. Sometimes my workouts are very intense and that is typically when I want a shake or smoothie to help me cool down. This place is somewhat near me so that's a plus. They have acai, coffee/tea, salad and sandwiches. There is street parking in front. They have plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. I came to this little gem a few weeks ago because it was close to a park I was planning on picnic-ing at. I got the Classic Acai Bowl + blueberries & bee pollen the first time and it blew me away... the best acai I've had for a price better than other places. I saw a sign saying you get a free birthday bowl, so I came back on my birthday and got my FREE Classic bowl (I added bee pollen again). It came a little frozen, but I prefer it that way so it doesn't melt too fast. + the little "Happy Birthday" sign was the cutest thing. Thank you, Acai Jungle for the great experiences :) read more

We love Acai jungle. We have become obsessed with Acai and always think of Acai jungle as the first place to order from. It's so good. I love the taste and texture of their Acai. It's not too thick or too watery. Some places it's too thick and not enjoyable. One thing I wish they can change is the granola, it's almost like oatmeal vs granola. I didn't like it as much this last time and it felt perhaps too crunchy? I'm not sure what it was but regardless we will still keep coming here because it's so good. I might skip the granola next time and see how that is. One thing I did notice that happened the last couple times, is that they completely missed the order in what we told them at the front and what we ended up with. I'm not sure if this is a computer error in the register or if the employees just missed it. It wasn't until we looked at the order and said something. It was our toppings that were off. One time they completely missed everything. Another time they missed one thing. If they can help correct some of those issues, that would be great! read more

Very cool decor, one of the girls at the register had a snobby attitude while the girl that was making my bowl was very kind. I was happy to see the kind girl assembly the food I was going to eat then the one that had the attitude. It's all energy and I am happy that I received service from the best of the two. Acai Jungle Cafe is near the Burbank airport and a perfect spot to pass time hen waiting for arrivals / departures. Parking is not the most enjoyable experience on this narrow and busy street, but the kale power greens... I needed this pick me up! The drink itself was just right, with no hint of artificial flavoring or sugars. Everything about it was just *naturally* tasty! Service and ambiance were both inviting when you step inside, though be wary that the late afternoon may be awfully unpleasant if you are planning to stay inside. For starters, the sun is blinding, and there are no curtains or ways to block out the sun. With slanted glass windows, installing them may be difficult, but I hope they find a solution to this! That's not to say it was all unpleasant, though, since they have an abundance of foliage, a nice blend of being "in nature" while being next to the bustling Victory Blvd. read more

Acai Jungle is a nice casual cafe where you can get decent smoothies, shakes, or açaí bowls for $10-15. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. Smoothies are pretty easy and while $10 may seem high, they come in a pretty large size. Service is nice as well. read more

Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Acai Jungle Bowls serves delicious and healthy acai bowls with awesome toppings such as bananas, bee pollen, chia seeds, almond shavings, goji berries, coconut flakes, and chocolate nibs (and I think there may be a few others). The acai bowls are served from a bamboo cart which is fun and the best thing about it is that they offer curb-side service for most of the day so you don't even have to get out of your car (very helpful if you're in a rush or on your lunch break). If you know about acai, you know that it is a SUPERFOOD and one of the most popular treats in Brazil. It is a great substitute for frozen yogurt or ice-cream and is much healthier than either one. I usually replace a meal with an acai bowl because it is so filling and so high in nutrient value that I feel fulfilled. It's non-dairy so for a vegan like me or anyone who is lactose intolerant it's a perfect treat. Great for a pre-workout meal as well because of the energy it provides. To start off, there was no greeting when I walked in through the door. Two ladies were standing next to each other at the front while I was waiting for them to take my order. Had to repeat myself a few times until the girl got my order right. I got the classic acai bowl which comes with granola, bananas, goji berries (my choice) and I added Bee pollen for an extra $1 so my total for one small/medium sized bowl was $7 not including tax. Sigh. Over priced & bland tasting. I wanted to try this place out and love it so I don't have to drive far to a Sun Life Organics (my favorite acai place). Love this Burbank gem! Açaí Jungle Café is one of my favorite neighborhood spots -- they seriously have the best açaí bowls around. The fruit is always fresh, the portions are generous, and you get a free topping when you check in (a nice bonus!). The vibe is chill with a clean atmosphere, perfect for catching up with a friend or just enjoying a healthy treat. The staff is always courteous and friendly, even when it's busy. Also got a Chicken Pesto Panini and even though I waited until it wasn't warm to eat it...it was still SO GOOD! Great staff with ample parking right off victory. Outdoor seating with a fresh, clean remodeled interior. Open until 7:30pm on weekdays. I like the plants that are added to tie in to the jungle theme name. The staff here are really nice they do their best to make you feel safe and comfortable and makes sure that your satisfied with your visit. This acai bowl had been on my mind for months but I couldn't find the opportunity to pick one up until this week. Absolutely Delicious! It's layers upon layers of food that is simply good for our health. On the bottom is a layer of pureed acai and it's not very sweet but just right, then it's topped with bananas, coconut shavings, goji berries etc. Earths bounties for healthy living and it's a treat for the palate. The bowl is filling and low in calories, I had it for dinner. I look forward to treating my kids to this, they are going to love it and so am I. Food is absolutely delicious but the service from some particular individuals is horrible. For example, I just picked up my food and the girl that gave it to me never even spoke to me or uttered a single word. I asked her if that was my food that she was bagging up because I did not need a bag and she answered me with one word, 'correct'. I'd expect a manager, of all people, to go above and beyond for a longtime customer, not make a small request feel like a confrontation. As someone who tips and comes back often, I'd appreciate some clarity from management on what the actual policy is, and a little more flexibility for something like adding cinnamon to my bowl. I had put in a request to ensure the bowl was prepared vegan and the employee assured me it was, when picking it up. She was friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was small and cute, clean and well maintained. Parking was also very easy in their lot. The bowl I got consisted of purple rice, rice noodles, veggies, tofu and a tamarind vinaigrette with a satay glaze. The sauces were very savory and had a good blend of being spicy and sweet. Everything was so well seasoned and it was hearty and filling. I could really taste the freshness of everything and the textures were all on point! It was very reasonably priced for what I got!

I ordered the pesto sunrise sandwich , it was very tasty but small for $9+. it had on the side 4 grapes and 1 strawberry. Grapes were sweet and fresh. I asked if they can make a banana smoothie as I saw on the menu there was a strawberry and banana smoothie. they said no. so I did no drink.
