Rep by the name of Kim is very disrespectful she lacks customer service, she told me we aren't the only customers to buy bad vehicles from and not the last . I was trying to help my sister in law to get thru to them because Everytime she called they wouldn't pass her thru to anyone that can help her with her car she bought 4 months ago .. so far it has nothing but problems and she said they manager or owner of the dealership will not waste their time to assist her and they had better things to do like walk the floor and try to sell cars. She also says that why wouldn't her father help her fix it and that she feels sorry for my nephews because my sister in law was dumb enough to buy a used car with problems and they don't care about her used car she just purchased from them because they can sell many more to people. She also said they don't care of they sell bad cars to anyone because their company has top lawyers that will help them win every case. I had told my sister in law their is something she can do .. this rep that works there once again by the name of KIM disrespected her .. belittle her.. mentally abuse her and mad fun of her because she just lost her husband months ago which happens to be my brother.. I just don't understand why KIM would treat anyone like this?? read more

To experiences with these guys. First time I went to go test drive a truck and of course they agreed price was negotiable. Then I went to negotiate and they said it absolutely wasn't. So I left. Second time, I had been communicating via text and we came to a new price that I did like. I had been burned the first time so I telephoned them to make sure this was the actual price. Then, when I was about to drive out and get the truck, they suddenly remembered they were adding a fee because I was required to have a low jack. Come on now. When I said I didn't want LoJack they actually offered to disconnect it for another $750! Dishonest, unethical, avoid it all costs. read more

I would give this place a 0 if possible. They market being able to help anyone, but fell incredibly short of expectations. I know I was not the most stellar candidate to begin with, but walked away with more hoops to jump through than I have ever in my history of car buying. I was pretty clear on what I was going to do get the car I wanted, willing to get qualified through my credit union when they couldn't come up with competitive options. Good news! Got the approval, bad news, they sold the car less than 8 hours after checking in with me that day. Beyond unprofessional and unbelievably callous. Avoid this place if you can and drive up or down Anaheim Blvd, you'll find plenty of other options without a doubt. Update: I got a call from another Sales Mabager by the name of Gus. His intro was fairly lackluster. He was reaching out to see how he could help me. I asked him if he knew anything about my situation. He said he didn't. You'd think that in any form of escalation you'd research so you have solutions ready to combat any issues you'll face with the customer. He was completely unaware. I respectfully asked him to do his research with his team and figure out what was going on, and then give me a call when he felt he had an idea of how to help me. Guessing he didn't read my review to its entirety. Yet another reason why I feel like they don't know what they're doing there. read more

Was looking to purchase a vehicle that was listed for $21,000. Was willing to put down $5,000. Long story short they tried to sell it to me with a 20% APR paying $553 a month for 72 months. Thank goodness I walked out. Would've ended up spending closer to $40,000 for a used car. No thank you! read more

They advertise prices online but they wont honer the prices, or give you a written agreement on a price. They ask you to come in and talk more about the price but what they do is start taking up the price and pretending someone else is about to buy the same car! Scammers! Stay away! read more

Waste of time. They don't help you when it comes to getting a car. They run your credit check all your private information and say "Your Job Is Your credit" came to table ready and they made up some bullshit excuse about selling the truck. They tried to ask for 20,000 down at a shitty dealer. You out your info in on a tablet then they want you to write your private info on a piece of paper they probably will try to use your information or sell your information to someone . Don't trust these guys. They do not help you. read more

They provided a loaner vehicle, arranged to have the dent repaired, fixed the AC issue, and even delivered the EV9 back to me while picking up the loaner on the return trip. The staff has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I am still bummed about the initial condition of the EV9, but I really appreciate how they handled the situation and stood behind the customer experience. Overall, amazing service and a great team. I would just hope the vehicle inspection and delivery prep process improves so future customers don't run into the same issues.

Attempting to contact the Finance Director is nearly impossible. Calls are redirected repeatedly, and there is often no option to leave a voicemail. Kia owes me money, and after more than seven months, I have still not received the check that is due to me. Each time I contact the Finance Director or anyone at this location regarding my funds, I am given the runaround rather than a clear answer or resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The main point that sold me was the honesty and transparency of the vehicle. He has told me what maintenancewas done n wasnt done.. other dealership would just say what a customer would wanna hear n lies about how good the car was but they had told me the background n history of the car. This was my first solo serious car purchase for me and I'm very happy I found these guys. Since I bought it, the car has run beautifully over 1000 miles in the first month and there were no issues at pre-purchase inspection. Also had a clean title and AutoCheck report before purchase, and no recalls. Only a fuse and couple of light bulbs needed to be swapped in and Henry took care of that immediately with no appointment necessary. Made me feel like I owned the place. The negative reviews about alignment seems to me are more of people who generally don't know much about vehicles and claim things are a scam when they need "new parts" I also feel they don't know how to properly explain what is going on with the car. I came in, Anthony got everything to spec. My steering wheel was a tad off, he fixed it on the spot. Everything is extremely straight now, we both took the time to see where the issue may lie and resolved it. Will come back again. Take it from me, a person who works on their car 99% of the time, this shop is legit. Just know what is wrong with your vehicle, and listen to what they tell you. It's a recommendation they're giving you if they say something is bad. You can always say no but if the part is bad, your alignment will be thrown off in no time. Will be back again.

With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!

i wish there was a way to only give 0 stars, nothing went right here. I saw a Caliber on craigslist for 6499 and call and confirmed with them that I needed financing. Should have told me then that was the cash price but they didnt. I get there and test drive ready to fill out the paper work and George (who is supposingly a born again christian) and Carlos (who is a welder that does car sales til wielding picks up again) tells me the car is now $9,999 w finance price and fees is $11,700!!!! what NO! we go back and forth and I leave. Called them and was like I dont want to pay $11,000 for everything and Carlos quotes me $9499. I go back up there (1hr drive) and was like ok lets talk. We sit down and hes like 9499 like i said PLUS FEES Im like what the fees. He says let me go get that paper work HAHAHAHA "ITS 11,500$!!! IF YOU DONT GO GET YOUR FIRE TO METAL BUTT (would love to cuss) ON!!! He says there must have been a misunderstanding! Then tries to tell me its BC of my credit. Im like dont go that road with me Im much smarter than you. He then get his manager that knows a hand full of english words "No" and Im sorry" to explain to me why the price is high. Most places just promise and promise but at the moment of truth, they don't even come close to what they advertised. When I went to ACE Motors, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I picked the car I liked. I was given a straightforward answer, from car history (Carfax) to the financing numbers step by step. They sell used cars not new, but they are in decent condition. My whole family has bought cars from Ace Motors Anaheim, which has been in the same location for over 15 years. It's great that they're expanding to more cities! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership on November 1, 2025. Within about three weeks (November 26), the vehicle began having serious issues and had to be towed to a mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed a major engine problem and estimated repairs at over $10,000. Since then, the vehicle has remained at the shop and has not been usable. I tried contacting the dealership multiple times to speak with a manager, but I was unable to get a response or assistance. I also attempted to use the warranty that was sold to me, but my claim was denied. I'm seriously warning you, do not waste your hard earned money here. 1) all the cars are auction cars and the employees have no knowledge of the cars whatsoever. They were unable to answer any questions and just repeated everything I commented on about the vehicle. 2) the cars are straight junk. They take good pictures but when you get there, in person, the cars are thrashed. Certainly used and not pre owned. Was looking at one car and (I'm not kidding) the door handle was hanging off. It's clear that this "dealership" doesn't take the time to detail or even fix minor issues on these cars. Who knows what condition the motors actually are in because the employees cannot tell you.
