    Hot honey pepperoni
    Binh P.

Had the luck to try Acre after an event at the community center. Initially just got a slice of the roasted broccoli, but because that was so good, decided on getting another slice of hot honey pepperoni and the funghi. All the pizza slices were incredible. The ingredients were flavorful and the thin crust was crispy, yet dissolved without much effort. After splitting 3 slices I didn't feel weighed down at all. Great spot in Sebastopol.

Fresh ingredients for sure and fermented thin crust makes my day with pizza. I just had the 'slice', which is technically two slices (which could equal one large one in some other places) and enjoyed it. Very thin crust, decent toppings though yes, there could be more cheese but at least it wasn't overly greasy. I do need to come back and try more though it is a bit pricey and the weather has to be right to be comfy inside and out. Salads look great and they now have a pasta restaurant next door or close by. No TV if you're looking to watch while you're eating. Counter staff was nice and either shy or just not too friendly. There's a lot going on between phone orders and walk ins so I'll give them a break. Not an over-the-top experience but decent.

I will agree with all of the comments that this place makes the pizzas with very fresh ingredients. However, the pizza we ordered had ranch and chicken and honestly the ranch overpowered the whole pizza. I expected there to be a light drizzle of ranch however, as you can see in the picture, there was literally ranch in every corner of this pizza and it was a little bit too much for me. Now the lemonade was actually really fresh and delicious 10 out of 10. We also got the rice crispy, which was also very good not pictured here, but it is a generous size we were able to share it between two of us, but honestly, you could probably share it between three people. The meatballs were actually pretty good. I was a bit surprised given some places are hit or miss with meatballs. But these were pretty good. Service was OK. I will add that we did pick up so our interaction with the staff was very limited. There is seating outside as well as seating inside from what I saw. It's not your typical pizza shop as it doesn't have a ton of decorations like most pizza places but I still think the spot is pretty cute and aesthetically pleasing, especially for Sebastopol. I will definitely come again, but I don't think I would order the same pizza.

I may have a pizza problem, but I call it love at first site. The pizza here is heavenly and I've only had the basics. I cannot wait to try the specialties. The sizes of the slices are huge and easy to share. There is limited to no seating inside with a few seats outside. They have a fridge with some items you can take to go like sauces, salads and pizza (but a little overpriced). They opened a pasta shop nearby I'd like to try next!

Need to give a higher than five star rating!! Amazing pizza with fresh ingredients at this pizza place at Barlow in Sebastopol. My family and I came here one evening and enjoyed the ambience with a band concert going on outside. We had a pitcher of beer and ordered the patron pizza which is seasonal and pesto pizza and a slice of broccoli. Amazing crust, patron had great flavors with the olive oil, corn and cheese and the pesto and broccoli pizzas has fresh pesto on it. So so good!

Pizza was so so good. The deep dish was super fluffy and I think the addition of pesto to a ranch pizza was delicious. Only con was we were sitting outside and did not hear our name get called so we were waiting for a while. Even after a wait pizza was still warm and tasted great

Finally came to see what all the fuss is about. So many options , by the slice it pie. I never get Detroit style so I decided to try that. Umm delicious to say the least and very filling. Got the pineapple one and added susage . I'm a huge pizza girl so I can't wait to come back and try the gluten free that so raved about

They Will sell you the driest piece of pizza in the world and say $2 plus tax for ranch. Why sell a whole piece of crust as pizza

They will sell you the driest piece of pizza in the world and then tell you $2 plus tax for ranch. If you like dry crust and very few undercooked toppings and almost no cheese this is the place

I do think that this was the best pizza I've ever had. Every aspect was divine. Great flavor in the sauce, crust, cheese. The hot honey pepperoni was so good. The balance of the hot honey was perfect. They had a special of deep fried risotto balls with cheese. OH YEAH if you have the chance, you must try them. The staff was kind. Great outdoor seating to people (and dog!) watch.

Started off funky with the U-Be Trippin which was an interesting mix, not sure the sesame seeds won me over, but a clever drink. My wife got the Creamsicle which she liked. I then went old school with a Manhattan. Didn't live the orange peal, it sort of overpowered the drink and just seemed out of place. Got some fries just to sit with, they were great. 2 friends joined for dinner and we just got a ton of small plates. Pickles, Falafel, Numb Nums, Lamb meatballs, Kimchijeon were all great. Standouts for me because they were unique were the Numb Nums (which yes, numbed your tongue, weird) and the Kimchijeon (kimchi pancake). Although the flavor profile on the salmon with citrus and saffron was not to my taste it was expertly prepared. All that said we received some of the most neglectful service I have ever had from a very nice server, who for no obvious reason left us alone for most of the meal. It got busier as our time stretched on, but it wasn't slammed and there was plenty of staff. We ordered plenty of food including two bottles of wine. We had to completely finish all of our appetizers before being asked about mains and we sat with empty glasses for ~20 minutes (possibly more) before we flagged someone down to get the second bottle; a bottle we left half drunk because it stretched our evening so long. I might give this place another try but honestly it was one of the most drawn out anticlimactic $400+ birthday celebrations (without desert) I have ever had. We could have done better at home for less.

It's inviting vs the stuffy atmosphere some places have. BABAGANOUSH PITA we got it for the kiddo expecting it to be run of the mill stuff you get. But the babaganoush had the extreme rich flavors of smoked eggplant and felt like almost half an eggplant went in there. Not diluted with tahini, garlic, just pure flavors of eggplant with tanginess of sumac. LITTLE GEM SALAD WITH RAINBOW TROUT was hearty, leafy and very refreshing. The pickled celery was the surprise. HAMACHI CRUDO - beautifully assembled with thoughtfulness, light, refreshing. A bunch of flavor bombs in there so each bite is an adventure. Basil making it refreshing, earthy crunch from hazelnut, sharpness from green onion, sweet tart kiwis. I think a bit of citrus would make this a superstar. Mandolin shaved limes perhaps? GRILLED MAITAKE MUSHROOMS - ok I think this was the chefs most technically impressive dish, with an exercise in playing with bitter profiles and turning it into a master piece. Grilled maitake gets the char from the grill is the first flavor layer, it's woken up by the wild thyme from the zatar. Next the Japanese turnips bring the second dimension with earthy beautiful bitter notes on a bed of a creamy tahini based sauce. It's finished with fresh parsley to bring a fresh element to it. Great stuff. Could raddichio be added to make this more challenging? I saw those crunchy POTATOES and I got them even after eating the meal lol. Do yourself a favor and just get them - they're hot, crunchy and perfect to pair with the vegetables. Finally we got their chocolate mousse with bruleéd bananas sorry couldn't take a picture before it was all gone. Great way to wrap. The staff were all super friendly and helped with picking things from the menu! I got the mystery glass of wine and they had made a fun game out of it. The Beaujolais was great too. Overall when you're surrounded by these amazing farms, vineyards and ocean - no better way than to bring them together - kudos to the creators of the Redwood for making this place with intentionality. I wanted to get the squash, duck pâté, spring pea salad, tinned fish items as well, I guess for next time!

I sipped on the beer, which was pretty good. It took awhile for our food to come. When our tater tots and pretzel arrived they looked good, but after first tastes, it was clear that they were just frozen and reheated items. The pretzel was overly tough and chewy.
