Got an estimate from this company. This guy seems to go out of his way explaining what needs to be done. Usually someone comes out gives you estimate and leaves. He went into details about our door and the area which was supporting the door and how it needed to be stabilized. Humm. Ok it does really shake. So that can be a problem. Long story short. He gave a verbal estimate yet he will be sending an email confirming what he stated. I am waiting to see how this will play out. I have used a lot of service people in the past and Ami is a real professional. As soon as he saw my garage door he knew exactly what to do. (I thought I need to buy a whole new motor and springs) He start working on the door and let me know that the previous tech mounted the bracket in the wrong position and it could be very dangerous, he reassemble the parts and needed only a set of pulling cables. The guy that came was very professional and helped me a lot. There was a door that warped a little because of the cold and he even grinned the lock for me to get the door to fit in perfectly. He was able to make all of my locks with ease and only need one key. Price was fair. If I could give Ami 6 stars I would!! I called at 4pm on a Friday as I was having issues with my garage doors closing on the first try. Ami answered and said he could meet me at my home in the next 45 minutes. He showed up on time and troubleshooted the garage door issues efficiently and quickly. He walked me through the several issues he saw with my doors, the price for repair, his plan of work, and what maintenance I should perform going forward. He moved 4 brackets, oiled my hinges and tracks, modified the power to the master boxes and tested to make sure everything was in working condition.
