Honestly, it's too bad there isn't a place like this in San Diego. This is a spot I'd come back to over and over again hands down some of the best Italian food I've had. The atmosphere is perfect clean, quiet, and the little pond outside adds a nice touch. The garlic bread is a MUST. Soft, buttery, and packed with garlic exactly how it should be. The lobster ravioli is next level. You can actually see the lobster meat inside (no mystery filling like most places), and they top it with shrimp which takes it even further. The shrimp limoncello dish was also great big, fresh, flavorful shrimp cooked perfectly. Prices are reasonable for the quality you're getting, and overall it's easily one of the best Italian meals I've had. Definitely a go-to spot anytime I'm in the area.

If you have any in here, then you haven't eaten real Italian food yet in Arizona this right here is the real deal. They have what you want when it comes to Italian food and it is so delicious so organic so fresh it will make you feel like you just left Sicily like you just walked out of the room. This Italian food is so phenomenally exceptionally well prepared that has the people come here for years generations come here and they continue to come here because the food is so fantastic. Everything delicious and the service exceptional the best Italian food you have not been here here you must you must come here otherwise do not review another Italian restaurant until you have here because it is The best

Moving from Chicago recently, it's been rough finding a decent Italian restaurant. The establishment is very clean, has plenty of seating, and has a great atmosphere. Who was the middle of the day but we were seated immediately, serve promptly, and the service was very friendly. The fried calamari was delicious! They're sauce is the rights amount of sweet and savory. The ravioli was just as tasty, the house red paired with everything perfectly, and overall it was a great meal.

Let me tell you, this was one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to, I tried their homemade bread and that was so fluffy, a little hint of garlic, and it being warm was so good, I got their chicken fettuccine Alfredo and that was so good better than most restaurants in Arizona, it was creamy, noodles had a nice texture and overall good. The service was very good, our guy checked up on us every 5-10 mins and he was a chill and nice guy I like him. The bathroom is nice

I made a reservation and when we showed up it was not busy at all. Inside was clean and it was in a strip mall. Ordered the bruschetta which was pretty good. I got the tortellini and my friend got the chicken picatta. I didn't try it but she didn't like it and sent it back. You could tell our waitress was offended by that but took it away after letting her know it was done right and she must not have had it the right way before. I liked my tortellini a lot . Great flavor - i didn't notice it came with mushrooms and forgot to cut them. I ate around them and the waitress said oh you don't like mushrooms? I Told her it was very good either way and no worries but couldn't help but feel like we annoyed her.

This spot is always on point! The lobster ravioli never disappoints, and the bread is to die for! This is a go to restaurant for date night, impressing someone with good food, family dinner, celebration, or just to have a satisfying meal! Do yourself a favor and indulge your palate!

Service, like everyone says, is great. The tiramisu was out of this world! But the pasta sauce was bland with the fettuccine primavera, I was very sad, I should have added some pepper, something! Also, I signed up on their website for a $5 off coupon off drinks, but it arrived as off an entree or something else I deleted it, so they need to update their website. My partner had pollo parmigiana and didn't rave about it. I didn't like the dressing on the house salad.

A very small hole in the wall- casual....but the food is amazing. Mom and pop Italian restaurant. Drink specials on occasion. Probably among the very few that serve arancini. The food is hot off the stove and it's soooo good. Service is quick and rarely does the restaurant get super crowded

After looking over the menu, we started off with Francesco's frittura to share. This dish tasted fine, nothing outstanding. For our main entrees we ordered the brown butter seared scallops with sweet corn risotto and the shrimp fradiavolo. Both of these entrees were outstanding in their own respect. The risotto was subtly sweet and not heavy or rich. Additionally, the scallops were nicely seasoned and not overcooked. The shrimp fradiavolo was mildly spicy and the spaghetti was perfectly al dente. Since we always have room for dessert, we ordered the tiramisu to share. It was nice and fluffy, and not too sweet, which we prefer. Overall, service was friendly, patient, and attentive. The ambiance was comfortable and intimate with lots of indoor seating and some outdoor patio seating. I highly recommend making reservations in advance if you plan on coming here. After our great experience, we will definitely be back to try out some of their other dishes!

My two favorite dishes that never miss are the Lasagna and the Chicken Parm. Like clockwork, it has always been impeccable. Sadly my most recent experience will likely be my last experience. I ordered the Chicken Parm and when it came out there was something missing from my plate. Instead of the usual Rigatoni Pasta with Vodka Sauce there were a couple of stale chunks of potatoes and some sorry looking asparagus spears. I asked the bartender where is the pasta. She responded that it no longer comes with pasta and that I could order some at an additional charge. It was at that moment that I knew I would never return again. Never in my entire life have I ever ordered Chicken Parm at an Italian Restaurant and not have it come with pasta. That is like ordering a hamburger and it doesn't come with a bun. Then they tell you that you are more than welcome to order a bun at an additional cost. It was like the ultimate slap in the face. I understand that businesses are under financial pressure in these tough times. I can assure you though that this restaurant does not suffer from this fate. There is simply zero excuse for this type of behavior from ownership. Their meals are already priced near the top of the market here in Scottsdale, and rightfully so as their food is top tier. But to raise prices and then remove a staple item off of the menu is asinine. Again, I really do not like writing negative reviews for businesses because I am a fellow business owner as well. However the consumer in me cannot stand for this type of treachery. I am sick and tired of paying more and getting less. This is not meant to deter others from experiencing this place. It is meant to let management that loyal customers are dissatisfied with their business practices. Finally, I am not a cheapskate either. I always tip at least 30% which is way above the average. I am not tone-deaf, I sympathize with restaurant staff and wage gaps so every little bit helps in the service industry.

Amazing, unique experience!…read more I arrived with the preconceived ideas about being jostled in long lines in a poorly cooled pizza joint, sitting in a crowded restaurant at plastic tables eating plastic food. That misconception disappeared immediately upon stepping through the doorway. Warm, inviting ambiance, full of character. Attending the birthday celebration for an esteemed young man, our table wasn't ready (we were early) and the hostess offered us seats at the bar while awaiting our party. We each had a wine spritzer... may I say that the very few such concoctions I've had bearing that name didn't do justice to what we were served. I've never had anything like this, a "Sgroppino" (I'm partial to strawberry!) and it was perhaps the best adult beverage I've had in a very long time. Many different nuances in a glass. Stunning subtle, many diverse flavors. Mmm. Our bartender was an artist of the mixed adult beverage, a delightful individual with a warm, genuine smile and an encyclopedic knowledge of how to do his job expertly. Rare that you meet someone like this who isn't all measuring cups and shot glasses: everything he concocted was done by eye, and judging by what he made for us, his expertise was immediately apparent. Ben fatto. È andata benissimo, brava. When we'd all arrived, we were escorted to the "garden shed"... a smaller out-building filled with racks of wine, perhaps an ideal place for small wedding receptions or engagement parties. Well-cooled despite our broiling Phoenix evening. We had the garlic bread; someone ordered IL Tagliere, Calamari (no, thank you), and a basket of bread. You know how you go to a hamburger joint and what you're served looks nothing like the photos of their menu? Go to CiBO's web site and look at their menu: What you see in their photos is what you get. One visit and next time you look at their menu online, you'll salivate. Yes, the food is that good. I ordered the calzone. Delicious. Getting through it wasn't pretty... but it was excellent. Huge, very generous entree. Excellent flavors. Our server was delightful, attentive without being a nuisance. Our water glasses never reached empty, and the stories about the birthday boy (and others) were never interrupted. We never made it to desserts. Too much food and amusing stories. CiBO: È andata benissimo, brava.
