wow where to start... $81 pre tax, for two adults and one kid to eat!!! You have to walk through an empty restaurant, then a courtyard to get to the restaurant. the atmosphere and vibe was about what we expected. It was just my wife, my daughter and I, so we sat down and the waitress, got there pretty quickly so we thought all was well. We ordered fried pickles and asked for them to be brought before the meal. 30-40 minutes passed and they finally brought out the pickles, which were cold and 1/2 of them were uncooked. (the batter was still doughy) about 20 minutes later we got our food. The western burger was pretty good but not better than the next place. My wifes wedge salad was bitter and she couldn't even eat it. she daid the soup was ok. and my daughters shrimp pasta was horrible. The waitress stopped by 1 or 2 times near the end, and it was just a quick "we still good" and she moved on, no one came by for refills on water or soda. This all would have been a lot more acceptable if it didn't cost $81 before tip. So with tips that's basically $100 for 3 people to eat mediocre food. We showed up around 11am on a Friday and there were plenty of tables available. We were promptly greeted by a friendly server who let us sit wherever we wanted. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy and he said it was one of the best gravies he's ever had. I ordered their cowboy combo, which was a sausage patty, two eggs, potatoes and pancakes. I ordered a side of gravy and wow so good!!! I am not a fan of home fries but these were pretty good. They were smaller cubes and cooked until they were creamy on the inside. Pancakes were standard. Staff were friendly but seemed a little disorganized. An Asian couple were sat before us at an adjacent table and we got our orders taken first, so the Asian couple got up and left. Not a good look. My wife and I went here for lunch today and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We both had the daily special which was BBQ chicken sliders with fries. The food was quite good and the fry sauce was the best I ever had - they make it themselves. Service was great and prices are quite reasonable considering food tends to be a bit expensive in Kanab since it's a tourist town. One thing that struck me was just how big and roomy the place was. The owner and the staff werer all top notch and I will definately be going back to try more items on the menu. read more

We come to town several times a year. We've eaten at a lot of restaurants between Vegas to Panguitch. This is the cutest place I've ever been in a really long time. Perfect place for a destination wedding and reception reception, company party. This is our favorite place to come when we stay in town. The food is great. They're adding new items to the menu, adding an ice cream parlor and gift shop. It's hard to find good food and an open restaurant around here. It's the holiday weekend and everything was closed, but they were open and we did not regret it. I recommend the country fried steak and the steak and eggs were perfect. The coffee is also great. This is a very large venue that is two stories for the restaurant so you'll have private seating for a large group upstairs. They have outdoor seating with shade and fire pits. The bar is super cute. Very coyote Country vibes. As a wedding planner I'm definitely going to recommend this place and offer my services to anyone who would like to use this venue for a special event. My husband and I stopped by for breakfast on Saturday after the balloon launch. When we arrived we were greeted by a sweet elderly lady who said it would be 20-30 minutes before we were seated. The place was super busy and packed because of the balloon festival. After about 20 minutes we were seated. Then we were instructed that it would be another 20 minutes before our ordered could be taken. It was obvious the restaurant was not prepared for the volume of people that showed up after the ballon launch. As promised our ordered was taken about 20 minutes later. After waiting for about another hour, we were still waiting for our order. About another 45 minutes later a young 20-something couple were seated next to us. After another 15-20 minutes either the manager or the owner greeted the young couple, spoke to them for a couple of minutes then brought each of them some Bloody Mary's however the other tables such as ourselves were never once had form of communication as to wait was taking so long, Soon after much of the crowd had left and there were only 6 tables left on the main floor that were still waiting for our orders. Out of frustration both my husband and I stood up for a period of time as by this time we had waiting nearly 2 hours for a couple of basic breakfast orders. Finally received our order another 15-20 minutes later. My breakfast sandwich was cold while my husband's chicken fried steak and eggs was piping hot. While I don't fault the servers for being overwhelmed due to the circumstances and we were trying to be patient, but when you wait over 2 and half hours for basic breakfast with no communication from anyone then witness a young couple is waited on with special attention I can't recommend this place to anyone!!!! read more

This was a miss from the start. They have several front doors but you find a sign telling you to walk down the long gravel driveway and enter from the back. The staff took a few minutes to even realize we were there. The restaurant was really hot and the music was up so loud that you could not have a conversation while eating. The BLT was dry and rock hard with soggy fries. The "gourmet" Mac and cheese had almost no sauce and was flavorless. The pasta with marinara tasted like it came from a spaghetti os can. Both were served with rolls that were at least a day old. The guy brought us out some Fridays and told us to try it. It was nasty!!! We did not get drink refills. I wouldn't have minded changing my order, but when the two tables next to me walked in after and got their food before me (because of the 86ed ribs), I'd say that's poor service. You can't blame the ribs for my late food, because you should have known the ribs were out pretty soon after I ordered it. That's if you were paying attention. No one seemed to know what they actually had or what they were out of (there were a lot of things they were out of for such a small menu). At Adrias everyone is treated like family. When we realized we would be arriving in Kanab at 9pm right at closing time we called for help. Adria herself agreed to extend the hours to accommodate our arrival. Ricky-Lynn our server also stayed just for us. I have traveled many places but have never gotten such service. Food was fine but the family atmosphere made us decide to return the next day as well at a more normal hour. Again we were welcomed warmly and felt like we were coming home. Cute little spot with pretty basic breakfast foods! I wasn't overwhelmed or underwhelmed just the food received. The bacon delicious and the home fries were just okay, they could've far crispier. One benefit was that the inside was so cozy and inviting, the staff was great and super close to our hotel, I would potentially visit again, but again just very basic breakfast dishes. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and the normal breakfast, the Sandwich was good but the toast on the sandwich could've been crispier. The bartender working was great and did try and rectify the problem but I was already done and wanting to go elsewhere. I left a review on our local FB community page and the cook commented by first lying about what happened, then blamed me, then called me and others that also commented obscene names then proceeded to post rude hate filled comments on my personal FB page. One of the best places to dine at in Kanab. It's fairly new so, there weren't a lot of previous ratings but we decided to give it a try and were very pleasantly surprised. We actually went twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both times were great. We had one of our favorite chicken fried steaks and Philly cheese steaks ever (and we order these a lot everywhere we travel). The owner Adria came to our table on both of our visits to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She was also super nice giving us some good local tips, so we took a photo with her as well. They even have a very cute western theme going in the back outdoor area. Definitely worth checking out for good food and fun! read more

After stopping by Adria's Restaurant per recommendation, we (party 0f 6) were questioning the validity of the recommendation. From the beginning, I could tell that this owner had no inclination of dining. The waitstaff was dysfunctional and the group of employees?/ friends sitting in the dining area were loud and vulgar. Since this kind of ambiance (or lack of) always starts at the top, it was no wonder that the owner (Adria) had the appearance and mannerisms of a tweeker. A real con artist. Food was way overpriced, if you look at the inferior quality of the ingredients. Clear that they are not interested in proviiding quality, , but after the inflated tourist dollars. Best bet is to stay away. Now, for the breakfasts we ordered. Bacon was warm and very limp to the touch, an indication that it was pre cooked and held under steam. Bisquits were bland and tough, obviously microwaved. Chicken Fried Steak was tough, dry and with no flavor. Another example of cheap ingredients from a box. Gravy was lumpy and not hot. My wife had to ask the waitstaff to return it to the kitchen, and ordered something else. Eggs were over cooked, with pools of artificial butter on top, potatoes were deep fried and tasteless. Only thing we had that was acceptable to consume, were the pankakes and waffles (waffles took a good 10 minutes to arrive after the rest of our order was served). Cheap, institutional inredients that were deep fried in dirty oil, artificial butter that is know to be horrendous to health, cold plates and food tells me that they are not up to par. I've had better food at a gas station. Best to stay away. read more

First let me say if you are handicap go somewhere else. They really are not accommodating for wheelchairs. They let us sit in the "bus" room. Nice American food restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The decor is simple and western-homey feeling with good music. Service was excellent! They only have 1 server but he did a fabulous job juggling tables as they filled up and took care of everyone. The food was good as well! We stopped in for lunch. Adrias came up as a result when we searched pancakes. The interior is really fun with a western theme. We could tell they host live bands sometimes. The waitstaff was super friendly and the food was ready fast and the order correct. Everything was tasty and we had a really lovely relaxed breakfast. The restroom is cute and there is a gift shop attached. We were very full so we took a neighborhood walk before we left. I found this totally by nothing more than a happy little accident. They've just opened and thier advertising hasn't had a chance to get going. We were walking looking for a place to have breakfast and saw their road sign. The food is simple, but made quite well. I had the steak and eggs also the avocado toast. It was a total surprise on how well it came out. My fiance has the egg breakfast with bacon. The bacon is delicious. The sourdough toast is fresh and served with real butter. There was another gentleman dining alone who asked for salsa with his eggs. They don't have salsa, but the kitchen whipped him up some fresh salsa. I can't wait to see how this place turns out. Arrived at Adrias just before they closed between lunch and dinner service. Despite our bad timing, the hostess and our server, Kylee, were incredibly welcoming. It was a perfect spot for a quick family lunch. The menu had all the American lunch basics, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything we ate. We'll go back next time we're visiting the national parks in the area. (Caveat for this review and others - my "stars" are based on a specific experience, time, and place. I don't know what us so complicated with making toast but obviously a challenge. Next we went in for dinner seen several folks sitting with menus but no food several dirty tables and decided at that time it was probably not a good time to go in so we left came back in the next evening and it was a lot quite again maybe 5 tables of people. We came in followed by 2 other tables we recieved our drinks and eventually the waited came over rook our order and again not a complicated menu. We waited over an hour and had to go ask fir refills on our drinks we seen the waiter ask another table if they needed anything and walked right by us with out asking, so my husband went up and asked for mire drinks. Waiter actually thought we were asking about our food since it had been so long but ,no we thought it would be nice ro atleast have another drink while we waited. Both times the meal was nothing more than sad. The breakfast we had was to small pieces of fatty thin bacon. Small amount of shredded potatoes for hashbrowns. The dinner menu was more of appetizer type menu items just sadness. We are from a tourist community and understand the challenges of running a restaurant in that type of environment but this one might as well close the doors until they get it right because they wowon'last long with the service and food menus they provide. read more
