He proceeded to ask me what kind of clip I needed. I told him I didn't know. Then he said he couldn't help me until I knew what I needed. I wasn't allowed to try any on my bumper piece that I brought in either. He said I'd have to buy the clips, then I wasn't allowed to return them if they didn't fit. He was very rude with the way he talked to me. I went down the street to Advanced Auto Parts and the guy helped me, even opened up packages to try different clips to see what would fit. I do not recommend this Napa store due to the unhelpful nature of their associates.

The rates were lower but eventually she learnt she was mislead by the agent making her believe she was getting similar quality but she was cheated by having lower grade Firestone tire which was not even offered by Costco. Checked the inventory for CAP and located two possible vehicles at the Genito location. Made my way to the Genito yard and was checked in by Steve. He was very pleasant to deal with when he instructed me where to find the two vehicles that may get my friend out of the bind She was in... And again Chesterfield Auto Parts saved the day! Found exactly what I was looking for. Thanked The Lord and headed to check out... I went back to see Steve and he tallied up what I had for purchase and it was just a few dollars! Exactly what I was hoping for! So I reached for my wallet and it was Missing!!! My world fell apart real quick and Steve handed me my wallet... I left it laying there at check in and Thankfully Steve saw it....... Wasn't much cash in it but there was other things that would have been Stressful to replace including credit cards!
