The other location in Wheeling sent me here because they don't have a working device to check the status of my battery, starter, or alternator even though they have a sign that says they offer free testing. The shelves were super dusty and had a strange assortment of items. The shelves in back were super sparse. I came in for a cabin air filter for a 2020 Honda Civic and an air freshener. They had about 4 strangely scented air freshener options and no cabin air filters for a civic. I guess maybe do curbside so you can make sure they have what you need, because these both seem like auto store staples.

After thoroughly inspection the technician named Adrian stated that he will need to replaced the strut due to leakage. That being said, they provided a courtesy vehicle, allowing us to carry on with our day at no extra charge, which made things much easier for us. Whoever completed all the work on the vehicle, did an amazing job. The service at Karl Knauz is truly impeccable. I simply came here since it's closer, They SAID they cut keys at Karl knauz too which is why I brought my registration. When I asked why I was handed a blank key the ugly smelly boy in the parts department I was talking to simply shrugged and didn't even care. I was told my refund would be sent to my address I have still NOT got my refund. I will get my refund or my new key I was SUPPOSED TO GET in other legal ways if means if need be. I have the transaction ID and all the receipts. Corporate bmw is currently investigating the situation as well.
