This is a new place . Found out I needed brakes and an alternator belt over 700 at the garage. Work with a guy that is a mechanic with parts and labor was under two hundred so that was good I bought the highest end brakes so they are guaranteed foe life . See ice was what you would expect they had a twenty percent if you order online on parts couldn't get it to work so they gave me 10 percent off. read more

I had been here a few times before without much complaints but my last visit changed all that. I had to buy some items for an oil change and also drop off my used oil. When I arrived and informed them I was dropping off used oil they told me "you have to take it back". They were full and could not accept any more. What?!?! I though he was joking so I literally confirmed several times. I walked out of the store with my used oil and will never return. read more

I called ahead to make sure they can replace a battery. I went there and a young girl and a young man came out to replace my car battery. The girl didn't even know how to use a socket wrench and the guy was "overseeing" her work. After around 15 minutes of them trying to install the new battery I try to start the car. Nothing. The young man then tells me that it must be my starter since it's a new battery. I told him I know it's not my starter since my battery died yesterday and once it charged for a bit, I was able to start my engine. I asked him to test the starter (since it says right on the sign that they perform free tests on starters). He said that they can't test a starter unless the car is on and that usually "if you just hit something in the engine then it should start" He then claimed that the protective covering for the battery was the problem because it was "broken". He didn't know how to put it on. After it was put on correctly and the engine still wouldn't start he recommended that I get my car towed to a mechanic. I then asked to speak with a manager since both he and the girl didn't seem sober. They sent out another young lady (who isn't a manager) and also couldn't solve the problem and left me outside waiting with no solution. FINALLY the actual manager, Danny, came out and confirmed what I had suspected, the girl was using the wrench in the wrong direction and was unscrewing the lug nut instead of making it tighter. He tightened it and everything is fine. Danny needs new employees! read more

They where a little helpful, if i didn't ask for help they would have not come over to ask me, the store was totally empty i asked for his advice on Bondo & color of car paint or touch up, he was not vary helpful i had to read the labels my self i just wanted know the best way to go about this, i never did this before i felt like i was bothering them so i never asked anymore questions so i bought what i think i needed and left! Sad Service Went there to have my battery tested. Woman followed me out to my car and hooked you leads. Had a personality that was not the friendliest. After playing with the terminals, she asked me a technical question which I could not understand. In my earlier days, I raced Camaros so I know my way around an engine. She abruptly said, "I don't have time for this, disconnected the clamps and went back into the store. I sat there with my mouth open thinking not very nice things......SAD read more

They do free battery charge in an hour. I was certain they would find a problem with my battery and I would need to buy a new one but I was wrong. They were quick, nice, and had me back on the road within an hour. Very good place read more

They will help u figure out what is wrong w/your vehicle. They have a tester that they can put on your car to help locate the problem. Some parts that u buy they will even put it on for u. Very rarely do they not have your part u need. If they don't have it, they will order it for u. It will not take long at all for them to have it for u. They will take care of u no matter what. So I'm driving to work in pouring rain and all of a sudden my drivers side windshield wiper FLEW off the attachment. Totally freaked out, I pulled over and switched the passenger wiper over to the drivers attachment and Yelped the closest auto parts store and I came here. What a great choice! The guy that helped me picked out the right wipers, went out in the rain, changed them out for me and I was good to go. I love outstanding customer service and this definitely was outstanding. I only wish that I got the guy's name so that I could mention him by name here. read more

First of all I have walked in hearing the staff gossiping and talking bad about each other instead of focusing on work. There was also a guy named Luis who was very rude and not helpful. I've been to this Autozone three times so far over the past year. The first time, looking for fuel injection line, and was told they don't carry that. I've never seen an Autozone that didn't, so they told me to go behind the counter and find it myself. I did. In under a minute. The guy at the counter didn't even try to look it up, or look though the stock or anything, just told me to go find it myself. The second time I was there I only wanted something that's in the generally open portion of the store, I found it, and came up to the counter with hopes of checking out, and the two guys there just stood back behind the counter talking to each other, even after having looked at me standing by a register to check out. I put my things on the counter and just walked out. Again I stopped by yesterday looking for a specific part that the autozone website said that store had in stock, and I asked for it, and was told they don't carry anything like that. I attempted providing information about the car in hopes they'd look it up, but the guy just called over a manager and condescendingly asked him, "Do you wanna try figuring out what this guy's looking for?" to which he responded, "No." but I asked anyway and was told "we don't carry anything like that and never have, didn't you hear him?" even after pointing out their website said it was in stock at this location. I decided to just leave after the manager saying, "The website said check the store, didn't it? Well, didn't it?" As far as I'm concerned, I'm never going back to this particular store, even though I've had pretty decent experiences at other Autozone locations. read more

Being open after 9pm on weekday nights has saved me/my family taking days off of work the next day. And I haven't had trouble/bad parts from them (I have at other auto parts stores). So They are fantastic, and all you can ask. They do get busy, but thats how you know its good! read more

Giving this auto zone a one star is going overboard. I don't now where they hire these people from, but they apparently need no knowledge in anything automotive. They also have the rudest and more ignorant customer service and staff. Getting help from anyone would be a blessing. They should learn how got do their job or hire people who understand autos. I will never ever go back into an auto zone because of how their staff acted. Not to mention to trying and talk to a superviser or anyone In corporate is a joke. I was glad when Autozone opened several years ago at this location because I thought it would give me an alternative from Murray's. I was in the store yesterday afternoon and bought a few products. When I went to pay for these products, the person at the counter, Dave or David tried to push additional products on me even after I said no several times. People have to realize that this practice is a huge turnoff for customers. If we want something we will buy it. I will take my business back to O'Reilly's/Murrays. read more
