I asked to be transferred to services, I told the guy in the service department 5 times that I'd like my speed limiter removed. He's so uninformed and unintelligent that he kept asking me if I wanted my speedometer removed. It's amazing this guy even knows how to breathe. I clarified once again that I need the speed limiter removed. He said him along with his manager said they can't do it. That makes zero sense considering that the dealer is the one who ADDS it through the ECU and all they have to do is plug in their computer component to remove it the same way they added it. Holy wow these people are dumb. Guys, stay far away from this place. If you bring your vehicle here for anything I wouldn't be surprised if this absolute monkey just starts ripping out random pieces of your dashboard because he's probably in his 40s or 50s and makes a sub par wage working behind the counter of a dealership hahaha. After thoroughly inspection the technician named Adrian stated that he will need to replaced the strut due to leakage. That being said, they provided a courtesy vehicle, allowing us to carry on with our day at no extra charge, which made things much easier for us. Whoever completed all the work on the vehicle, did an amazing job. The service at Karl Knauz is truly impeccable. From the moment you arrive, you're treated with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. I simply came here since it's closer, They SAID they cut keys at Karl knauz too which is why I brought my registration. When I asked why I was handed a blank key the ugly smelly boy in the parts department I was talking to simply shrugged and didn't even care. I was told my refund would be sent to my address I have still NOT got my refund. I will get my refund or my new key I was SUPPOSED TO GET in other legal ways if means if need be. I have the transaction ID and all the receipts. Corporate bmw is currently investigating the situation as well. If you had any sort of brain in that building I would've had my key and not have called corporate.

They are great at explaining the difference between 'this is a problem-don't drive' vs 'this is a problem, fix in next 15k miles'. I thought I had a bearing issue. They looked at it and said it was a tire issue that really did need prompt replacement. They could not fix it that day (too late to get new tires). So they recommended another shop nearby. Another time, they declared an issue was beyond their ability and suggested the dealer. Much preferred than spending for half a job before they got stuck and cost me a bunch. They seem to handle everyone's car expertise level very well based on overhearing them work with other customers.

Avoid this place like the plague! I bought 1300 dollars of new tires from them and had them…read morebalance and install on them with a staggered setup on my Mint OEM rims on my 2016 Mustang GT. They used a ridiculous amount of rim sealant that it oozed out onto my rims and sprayed up on my car. if this wasn't bad enough, I got a flat tire and discovered that they torqued the living shit of the lug nuts (despite me asking them to torque to the required ft pound OEM specs. while trying to change the flat, I couldn't break the lug nuts free with a Milwaukee impact wrench that is rated for 600 ft pounds of torque. Even a 4 foot breaker bar wouldn't get the lug nuts loose. I had to get a tow to another tire shop which had to use a an air compressor-based impact wrench to get off bolts. They first tried their largest battery impact wrench which they use for all tire removal and that wouldn't budge the lug nuts. The other tire shop said they had never seen lug nuts at this high torque levels. 5 nuts were ruined removing the tire and the new shop fix the flat and replace all lug nuts on the car and torque to proper torque specs. This place may have a heart but they have no brains to torque nuts this tight, despite asking them to follow factory specifications. Never Again!!!!
