Great experience at Advanced Auto Body! Our brand new 2018 Toyota Camry, which we'd only owned for six months, was backed into while parked in a garage and the rear bumper cover was completed destroyed on one side. Advanced Auto Body staff was friendly, gave a fair estimate, and ordered and painted the parts in advance so that we only had to leave the car at their shop for one day. I'm a Lyft driver and hit a wheel on lakeshore drive that someone just left in the middle of the road. Johnson at Advanced Auto Body did an amazing job of helping me on a limited budget. These COVID times are tough. I had some underbody damage with the plastic undercarriage pieces that had fallen off and a liner that was torn off. He was able to use most of the old parts that were slightly damaged, reattached them without getting new ones and was super fast in getting the liner needed to finish the job. He also helped reattach my back bumper that was damaged while parked. They did all this at a very reasonable price while getting me back out on the road with minimal time spent in the shop. I was NOT happy with the job this place did. I took my vehicle here for repair thru my insurance. Everything was fine until i picked up my car the FIRST time around. When i went to pick it up 15 days later they failed to fix my gas tank cover, and my mirror had a piece chipped off. I showed the owner and he said no problem i will fix it. Leave it again and ill call you when done. Next day they called to pick up my truck and here where i was PISSED off... i noticed they used the same letters that were broken off and needed to be replaced. They simply glued them back together and put them on as if i would not notice. Im a women and i went alone they probably thought i would not notice or i didnt know anything about repairs. If im paying you i am going to check!!!!! So this is my second time going back now i have to leave it again for 4 more days total days now 20.. i will not ever go to this place again.. read more

We received multiple estimates to get some body work done on our car. Of all of the estimates, Johnson at Advanced Auto Body came through with the most affordable estimate hands down, and assured me that he would not have to replace the parts for the car damage to be repaired. The other estimates required replacing the parts, which was much more costly. Given the positive reviews on Yelp, I was willing to give them my business, even though I wasn't sure they would be able to do the repairs without replacing the damaged panels. What a bunch of great guys!! These guys are the only trustworthy mechanics I know. They are always upfront and tell you and show you exactly whats wrong with your car. I had taken my car to another place one time from a friends recommendation because it was nearby and they tried to charge me close to 300 dollars just to run diagnosis tests to figure out whats wrong. 300 before they did any work. So I left there and took my car to Advanced and they never even considered charging me to run a diagnosis. They found out what was wrong and fixed it for less 300. They saved me at least 300 dollars not trying to pull BS scams. And they have been very fair on price ever since and do GREAT work. I love this place!! read more

Wow. I can't say enough good things about this place. Super friendly and accommodating staff. I worked with Freddy. I was dealing with an insurance claim for a fender bender which, can typically be a pretty stressful ordeal as those things go. But from start to finish Freddy took excellent care of me and made the process as smooth and painless as possible. He fixed the car beautifully. But in addition to doing a great job, it's the DETAILS that make me rave about Advanced Auto Body! He really went ABOVE and BEYOND. Like, he made sure the shop was always heated whenever I arrived (in consideration of my 6 month old I always had in tow).
