I am extremely satisfied with the work done by advanced carpet! I had my carpets cleaned and they look as good as new! I had some trouble with pet stains but after my cleaning there are no signs of the mess!!! It dried really quickly too; they arrived at my home around 10:30 and when I got home at around 3, the carpet felt dry! I still didn't put my furniture back in place, just to give it extra drying time, but I was surprised at how dry it felt! Dave, the owner, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I have worked with his company before, on buildings that I manage and they have always done a great job. So when it came to my unit, he gave me a great deal for being a loyal customer. Carpet comes out nice. But very inconsiderate...the hoses chewed up my brand new (3 week old) baseboards because they don't seem to have the care or sense to use bumpers. I noticed the next day and called to tell him. He denied that he cld have done it and left me SOL. Yeah thanks for nothing. Def won't be back here! You don't get to go into a person's home to better one thing and ruin another! If there's anything I've learned, make sure they use wall bumpers and put protectors under your furniture! read more

Our dog had pooped in our apartment and walked through the whole house with it. Bren Vance came and cleaned our apartments carpet for us and it crazy the difference. He was quick and effective. I called them around 2pm to try to get my couches cleaned, and they were able to come out the same day. That's always a plus. :) Kevin was the one to come to the house and he was super friendly and got straight to work. He didn't waste any time, which is really appreciated. My couches were a disaster!! Seriously, I can't explain how icky they were. He looked at them and was very up front about how unlikely it is that they will be brand new again. After he finished , the couches looked soo much better! And they didn't stink! He went over the heavily soiled areas many times, he really put a lot of effort into it! I had them clean our floors before moving in based on the other reviews on yelp. The floors were really dirty before they started and they explained what I could expect out of the high traffic areas, but in the end they all looked great. They were cheaper than the other estimates I got, they were prompt, and I would recommend them to anyone in their service area. I plan on using them again. read more

Was late showing up. Did NOT do the corners of the rooms or parts of the closets. Needing a properly wrote out receipt for evidence in my behalf ( I'm paying them ) the service man wrote " Heavy soiled". NOT TRUE and thank God I took pictures Pryor to the cleaning! I took very good care of the carpet, never wearing shoes in the house and I had no children ! I told him I didn't have my glasses when he filled out the receipt and he wrote out this receipt PRYOR TO CLEANING THE CARPETS ( SO HOW WOULD HE KNOW, HE NEVER EVEN WENT DOWN THE HALLWAY ) They refused to fix the receipt. This man was there 30 minutes, how can heavy soiled carpets for 2 bedrooms with closets, large living room and hallway be cleaned in 30 MINUTES being heavy soiled ? They wouldn't address fixing what they missed either. I would never use this company ever again ! read more
