I had other businesses look at my door and they all wanted to replace the entire door. Lee came out to look at it and said he could fix it without replacing the entire door. All it needed was new rollers and a lock. He told me it would slide like brand new and he had a lock on his truck that would fit it. Lee told me how much it would cost and I was happy with the price so I told him to go ahead and fix it. He installed the lock the rollers and now it's like a brand new door and it saved me about $2500 this company is very reputable and I would recommend it to anyone.

I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate then came out to take a look and some measurements. He was super respectful and while he was here he explained the design mistake I was about to make and saved me from myself. My wife and I re-thought our plans and made better choices, and Cris gave us a new quote that still blew the competition out of the water. His price was for 1/2" glass (as opposed to the 3/8" all the competitors quoted) and still beat them out. We ordered our glass and it came in super fast, and Cris and his team installed it even faster. They chose hardware that matched the existing hardware in the bathroom and did a beautiful job with the install. After I removed the plastic wrap, and put the glass against the light, the frosted glass had scratch marks, finger print marks, the frost layer on a panel was not complete and clear silicone was visible on the face of the glass panel. I sent them the pictures and they said to return the panels for correction. I picked up the panels and 2 of them had scratches on the glass. After a verbal disagreement, the manager accussed me of doing the damage on transport and I should have inspected the glass before leaving on the 1st pick up. Why did you wrapp them up if its your practice to show the customer the finished product? Clearly you didnt show me the 1st time. You showed me after I picked the panels up the 2nd time and accussed me of scratching the glass.
