After quickly collecting information about the situation, she let me know that a plumber would be able to come that day, in about two hours. I was so relieved. Then, something even better happened. About 20 minutes after I booked the appointment, the plumber himself called me and asked if he could come by in 30 minutes - a full 1.5 hours ahead of schedule! I agreed, met him at the place, and he assessed the situation quickly and professionally. He diagnosed the plumbing issue, made a recommendation on how best to fix it, gave me a price, and got to work. Within another hour the problem was fixed. I thought I was only going to get a quote, but Emilio brought along his handheld drill-based drain snake. Emilio took a look at my clogged drain for 5 minutes, suggested we use his snake. He did it right on the spot, and it took less than 10 mins, and had my drain running smoothly again. 30 day warranty on his work.
