I've known Blake with AQMS for close to a year and with his character I've mentioned AQMS to a few of the realtors I work with. Before recently it was just a friendly referral. Now that I have actually experienced their expertise myself I can absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a team of the most professional movers out there. I've only had 1-2 other large moves in the past and it's stressful and exhausting to move everything on your own and can be equally stressful to put trust in a company to handle the possessions you have that make your home feel like home. During our move they handled everything with so much care! In the new home it's a 3 story townhome and all the bedrooms are on the top floor so that was a lot for them to move all the frames, etc up all those stairs. They did it with a smile even while breaking a sweat. These guys worked together so fluidly as a team that they supported each other and knew when it was time to take just a min break after carrying heavy furniture up the stairs. Even as narrow as the hallways and stair ways can be, they moved everything with such care as if it was their own furniture. I've referred AQMS out to a few people I work with since I had the opportunity to use their services and I stand by 1000% of what they do. If you are looking for the cheapest out there or someone who will take shortcuts with valuables in your home. I'd probably look someone else. If you want value and want the utmost care...then AQMS is who you need to call. I can't say enough good things about this moving company. Although, I hope we never have to move again; if we do I will call AQMS immediately. Amber in operations was not only friendly and polite, she really knows her stuff. Ben in claims is phenomenal. There was a tiny bit of damage, which always happens in moves and he had someone out quickly and it is repaired so well you can't even tell there was ever damage. He has also gone above and beyond helping me with something that occurred with National and is in no way a reflection on AQMS. The moving team (Mike, Sony, and Caesar) was the best we've had and we have moved many times (~10 times in 20 years). I give them praise all around - attitudes, professionalism, knowledge, quality. They were so much fun and so very polite. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs and they made a great team. They were very conscientious and careful to protect our home and belongings. Amazing service and customer care. Outshines all the rest! We had a difficult two-day move that required stairs and multiple levels. It was challenging and exhausting. The team came prepared and committed to helping us reach our goal on time and safely. They cared for our most precious possessions and paid close attention to what was important to us. The team lead was patient, skilled and attentive. The men who carried our furniture were amazingly competent. They knew exactly what to do to wrap and care for each piece for perfect transport. For example, they carried an incredibly large, heavy antique solid oak desk up a long flight of steep stairs and placed it safely with ease and no damage. They were respectful and kind to our family members and made the difficult experience of moving manageable. We can't recommend AQMS enough! The staff are great! I've used AQMS for multiple moves in the past couple of years. Every time I've been impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the movers. They take great care in ensuring nothing gets damaged, every piece of furniture is wrapped in moving blankets and well secured in the truck. The guys even moved an antique grandfather clock with no issues. Having used other moving companies in San Diego, none of them come close to the caliber and quality of AQMS.
