Agha Juice is an extension of the most popular Agha Restaurant. This place was extremely empty and has a weird vibe. We went here to grab a quick bite and to have the classic falooda. The Juice center was an obvious downgrade from the restaurant and the prices was exorbitant for the lack of quality in the items my family purchased. We got Mango Falooda, regular Falooda, spiral potato, and seasoned fries. We had the full intention of getting more things as the menu looked really interesting but the store was not well maintained and very empty. We waited quite some time on our order and the employees didn't inform us that our drinks and food were ready. The items we got did not hit the spot, both the faloodas lacked sugar & tasted plain and overly filled with ice cream and toppings so we couldn't taste the actual falooda drink. Came to visit Houston for the first time and my dad was set on coming here. We arrived to a large place with one person ordering before us. We already had lunch plans after this so the 3 of us didn't want anything but we all went inside to check it out, as I stated we are visiting, but my dad was deciding on something none the less. He ended up with a kulfi, no problem right? Apparently wrong. The server finished up with us and went to the back and mentioned in Spanish "4 people and 1 kulfi" I'm not sue why that's anyone's business what my family decides to eat? And for her to have assumed we would not understand is pretty unfortunate because now I can only imagine what else they would say behind customers backs. Amazing. The Original Falooda was authentic and bursting with flavors without being too sweet. And the Rabri was absolutely delightful. As mentioned by others in their reviews I find this place great to bring out of towners here. It is usually coming alive after about 8pm but constantly has traffic. I typically come here for a falooda and or fresh juice. I mean if you live in Sugar Land it's good to have a to go place for sugar cane juice. I also like their pomegranate juice and ask for crushed ice on the side. Some of my favorite faloodas are the signature and Lahori falooda. I don't typically order food from here instead I take my foodie senses to the food trucks nearby Mousa colony. There is some indoor seating here but I prefer sitting outside in the parking lot. You will typically find families sitting on lawn chairs and in their trunks as if there is a Pakistani picnic going on. This doesn't happy every night but most weekends this parking lot gets jam packed. Many have suggested the kulfi as a nice and lite meal finisher and I would tend to agree because the Falooda leaves you pretty full without much else. I feel that the service has been consistent and no issues with mistreating customers. Also they now take credit card payments. I usually give staff benefit of doubt when the service provided isn't the best. But there was an incident that took place here where a customer was treated very unkindly by the staff for spilling her drink. Instead of giving her another one they embarrassed her. Agha juice is always packed when I've driven by it and this last visit no different. They have a variety of local drinks, shakes, juices etc. My son Was in town. So after dinner we stopped by aghas for dessert. We went with a vanilla shake and a falooda shake. Both the shakes were good and hydrating at the same time. There was so many choices to try from, which I can tackle on a subsequent visit. For example, there were like 7 different choices of Falooda. Another six or seven choices of shakes, six or seven choices of juices and various other drinks. The dahi puri was cold and refreshing but spicy. The fried "cup" held all the liquid and heavy ingredients without getting soggy while we were eating it. It had chickpeas, fried crispy noodles, chopped onions, yogurt and other ingredients. I tried the zinger burger and its just a fried chicken burger, meh. But I absolutely love their chikoo shake, falooda plate and cold coffee. Owner seemed agitated with the customers standing in line and ordering. Service doesn't seem to be a priority here at all. Agha juice is one of those monopolies, where due to their ethnic niche flavors, they own the pricing, service, quality, and everything that is there. Menu is diverse, desserts are consistently flavorful, but some may feel overpowering and overwhelmingly sweet. I suggest sharing faloodas, rabdi delight, etc in pairs. Snacks are inconsistently flavorful. Sometimes you may get soggy buns, oily nasty stuff, bland taste. Prices are on the end of premium quality desserts ranging from $7-$9. The place is definitely NOT a kid-friendly place. The rude dude-cum-owner-cum-"hell_with_the_customer" guy runs the show. So, its "my way or the high way" place. I also crave for their desserts oftentimes but leave your rights, ego, respect, and all virtues at home before visiting this place else "enter at your own risk." This is one of those experiences where you pay a premium price $$ along with being disrespected, dis-served, humiliated, and long-waited to eventually be given an utterly sweet aka "good" falooda and shakes. Please leave family, especially kids outside, so they dont experience and witness the same BS that you go through while ordering. They have recently started carrying sweets (mithayee) too. The service is SO slow and they employees are extremely rude. The only reason they have a long line is bc they're understaffed and the few employees they have a just standing around. I noticed it look one employee almost 10 minutes to make 2 snow cones. I waited in the huge line just be told they don't accept cards for purchases under $10.
