They also helped us with our toddler, waving to him, recognizing that i needed the high chair moved and without me even telling them they came to help! Such hospitality, I have not seen in Dallas restaurants! Especially in Pakistani/desi restaurants! The restaurant was packed and busy but every server had a smile on their face! After doing some research at home, I saw that it would have been better to eat them as soon as they were made, so I will need to return on a more pleasant day and eat them there. If the pictures aren't quite worth a thousand words perhaps my words can paint a better picture. The "kabob" roll is a Pakistani street food staple perfected over eons of toil by Pakistani chefs slaving over hot stoves and grills {even though the country is only 73 years old as of this writing and was once part of the British empire's Indian colony [so technically it's a British dish then? (Another thing they stole from us!)]} ... anyway I digress. Kabob roll typically made with kabob (beef, or Lamb by our Indian cousins) but almost as popularly and arguably more often made with Chicken. The menu here has the favorites you'd expect to find at a Karachi kabob roll house. The fact that they had a garlic mayo roll got me and the better half glee with glee. And while it was a valiant effort it wasn't quite the besting the "streets" of Karachi and then came the Tikka Boti Roll and man does that thing take you back to the streets of wherever you call home where they serve the same thing. Bit of a kick but we can't get enough of the sauce. Delicious! Definitely have to pair with rice or naan. Next we tried the famous goat chops. It was well marinated/seasoned and was not overcooked. I see now why people loved them. I'm a big fan after trying it. It was tender and super tasty at the same time. We also ordered garlic naan. One order came with 4 pieces. Very garlicky. We will definitely be back again to try the other dishes.
