These guys truly live up to their name "professionals"! From the moment I called in (I needed to remove smoke odor from my rental property). They were honest in what they could do, they were helpful and patience in talking things out with me and even went online to do some research with me. They couldn't guarantee that the smoke would be gone because smoke requires much more work to remove from home but because how honest and helpful they were! First time trying a cleaning service like this, the gentleman that came to clean my house in Vista ca was very good. He was respectful of the home, attentive to our questions. He was also as quiet as he can be seeing we have a baby in the house. Their product is the best price at 259$ for 10 vents. 25$ per cent if you have more than 10, but you can stop at 10 vents. Amazing experience with this business! Casey came out to clean our air ducts and discovered that one of our main vents was still sealed in plastic... no wonder our unit was so loud and ineffective! Casey had us straightened out in no time. He carefully cut around each vent so the paint was not damaged. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way, and taught me how to replace filters. Ironically there was a rodent smell and he did everything he can to also clean whatever was left there without any scope creep. Today 1-27-2020 I had Air Duct Professionals clean all air vents, dryer vent and the furnace. Sean and his coworker arrived on time. Sean asked me to walk the house and count air vents, we counted 17 vents. Sean then asked where is the attic crawl door , furance and dryer. Equipment they used was a shop vac and a commercial shop vac that is connected to this large tube with a cleaning head. All vent covers were removed, cleaned and put back after they clean it with the tube. All air filters were replaced with new filters. Sean recommend the air ducts be cleaned 2-3 years and the dryer vent be cleaned yearly. I recommend this company. Price is competitive not cheap, but good work is not cheap. read more
