The rep, Casey, arrived on time, was communicative, respectful, friendly and did an amazing job. I took advantage of their special $259 for 10 vents, which I thought was absolutely worth it. We recently moved into a new home and the dryer wasn't working properly. We called and scheduled Air Duct Professionals to come out and clean the dryer vent. Our technician, Jonathan, discovered that not only was the vent clogged with lint but a DIY dryer vent cleaning brush was trapped as well. Although it was outside his scope of work to remove it (it was jammed in there and not coming loose), Jonathan went above and beyond and was at our home for 3 hours working on this issue. We couldn't be more grateful to Jonathan and Air Duct Professionals for resolving this issue for us. Additionally, Jonathan is a very kind and professional person. We contacted the air duct professionals to clean our ducts. We have an older house and purchased it 2 years ago. I am sure that the ducts had never been cleaned. I requested a quote and received a message from the owner within an hour, he gave me a quote and we set up an appointment. On the date of our appointment I received a message 30 minutes ahead of Sean's (the tech) arrival. He arrived at the time he stated he would. He was very professional and also very respectful of my home. He throughly explained what he would be doing and what I could expect. The entire process did take 2 hours... exactly what I had been told it would take. He cleaned all 10 air ducts, sanitized and disinfected. He also cleaned the dryer vents, vent and exhaust fan, changed filter... etc. I will definitely make this a routine and have everything cleaned at least every 2 to 3 years. I highly recommend this business. note: I contacted 3 businesses before choosing this business. Why I choose to go with them... the other two businesses charged 2 times as much for the same exact work. I got the same work done for half the price and they had really good reviews. The technician who came by, Casey, was very thorough and professional. He was able to resolve my dryer vent issues within an hour and was able to diagnose problems I didn't even realize existed. He moved some items around, but was conscientious about returning them to their original spot once the job was finished. The dryer now takes well under an hour to fully dry its contents. Ed (owner) was so great to work with. Very nice on the phone, straightforward and reasonable with pricing. Kiel the technician came right on time and called me beforehand to let me know he was on his way which is much appreciated. He was very respectful of my home and put tarp on my furniture before going to work. He let me know before the vacuum machine was being turned on since it's very loud. I have a dryer duct which is routed weirdly like about 30 feet through the ceiling, but Kiel cleaned it from both ends and found where some lint had gotten stuck in the middle! He also did a great job with cleaning out the air ducts and vacuumed up any debris that might have gotten onto my carpet afterwards. I feel confident that I won't be breathing in dust anymore! Their negative pressure vacuum system is really the way to go. Some other "air duct cleaning" companies may come and just rotate some brushes around in your ducts but they don't actually get the dust and debris out! I had a great experience with Air Duct Professionals and will be using them again! read more

Fantastic job. Arrived early and phoned and said he could wait 15 minutes since he was early. Of course we were happy to let him get going! Did a thorough job. Removed every vent cover. Cleaned the vent and wiped down the cover before reinstalling. He was here for 2 hours. We only have 10 vents. Like I said, very thorough. We were very pleased. Air Duct Professionals did a fantastic job in my home with cleaning all of our air ducts, returns, dryer vent, and furnaces. James and his team respected my home while providing top notch service. Carefully cut around the vents to remove them, because of caulk/paint and, when replaced, you cannot tell they were removed. Although they had filters, I provided replacement filters I wanted them to use; they also used an environmentally friendly disinfectant/sanitizer spray in the returns to suction throughout the system. They covered things with plastic that may have dust fall on them then vacuumed the area before moving to the next vent. Very, very little dust dropped on the plastic and was completely removed with their vacuuming. James and his team went the extra mile by fixing things to make venting more efficient....rerouting my dryer vent hose to slow the buildup process. The pricing was slightly higher than what I found while getting quotes without a special ($50-$75 ish). They were running a special when I booked my appointment, which brought their quote within +/- $10 of the three other places I called. During the quote process, Ed was patient with my questions and made notes of all of my concerns. Both Ed and James made sure I fully understood what they were doing and that I understood the cost of what I was getting into.....no surprises. Terrible service, they are not professional at all. Three staff came to clean my air duct. Not only two of the staff doesn't seem to have experience, the equipment they used were far from professional, a small and old vacuum, a few dirty rags, and a fiber duster was all I saw. The lead guy was very good at talking and defending their work, the bottom line is job wasn't done professionally. The replacement filter they provided was made by some kind of thick plastic wires and was very loosely assembled which couldn't filter anything. The lead guy said it would be better to use my old dirty filter than use theirs, so they even played a trick on "filter included". read more

This is an awesome company! Sean was our guy that they sent out. He was so informative and just a really nice guy. He cleaned and sanitized our vents, cleaned our unit and put in new filters. Showed me areas where we needed to fix to prevent anything getting in our air ducts again too. He also helped me to get my huge dog into our motorhome because he is so big and also helped get him out when he was done. He offered to help. What a nice thing to do.
