    They were apparently so mad I made them leave that they felt to throw their trash on our lawn.   Low class people.

    Showed up 30 minutes after promised window. No apologies. They have been three times and always leave without fixing anything. Just charge for "flushing". Issue of fluctuating temp happens daily. So incompetent. I got a second opinion that said they hear this from former Airmergency clients. Their attitudes are so bad I asked them to leave my house in the middle of the job. Which they responded with throwing trash on our lawn on their way out. Such a low class company and owner.

    Thank you for the new HVAC units. My MID bill is down by 22%!!!!!!!!

We learned about the Federal tax credit that expires at the end of this year & all the new regulations for Title 24 in California. We decided to upgrade our system now instead of next year because of the higher costs in 2026 for all the new rules & regulations. We decided on a RUUD heat pump system from Love's Air. They were great with the entire process from financing to installation. The day of the install Love's text me a photo of one of the installation team members, Xavier. Followed shortly with a phone call from him. Xavier, Wyatt, & Tim all arrived on time as scheduled. They explained everything about the installation & each went to work with their assigned duties. Every team member was respectful & took excellent care of our home. Floor & shoe covers, furniture & clothes were covered anywhere near the areas they were working. Took about 6 hours to demo the old system & install the new one. Everything step was thoroughly explained as they worked through the day. The new system included a Nest thermostat & as Xavier helped me setup the Google Home app, Wyatt & Tim cleaned up everything. Swept up the driveway & left the home cleaner than when they arrived! We couldn't be happier with our new heatpump & it's worked perfectly for 2+ weeks. We've had the first of 2 inspections completed with no issues. We've can't recommend Love's Air enough & extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship & professionalism of the entire team at Love's Air!

Last week Wednesday (1/7) I called because we had a mini-split installed (DIY) and I was told that before you turn it on, have an HVAC company come out and test it, check the pressure in the lines and then turn it on. When I called, the nice lady on the phone said that they do not diagnose or work on equipment unless they have done the installation. OK, no problem, I called their "sweet" competitor and they sent out a technician within 48 hours to do the job. 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was nice, although again, I am shocked that a service company will not do service calls

I recently discovered the rooftop unit had no filter installed inside it -- even though there's a dedicated slot for one. Three months ago, I called to let them know I had already changed the indoor filters myself. I was just being courteous, thinking I was saving them time. Not once did they explain that the rooftop unit also needs a filter -- or that I had options depending on the system's static pressure and setup. That's basic info any professional should offer. What's worse, when I had a second opinion done by a trusted HVAC tech, he found a large tear in the ductwork -- something that likely had been there for years. This company had been called out before to check that very issue, and they failed to catch it. Why? Because they never performed a proper static pressure test or thorough inspection. They just show up, do the bare minimum, and leave -- but still charge full price every time. And in commercial service, they know most people won't question it. This kind of neglect doesn't just waste money -- it shortens your system's lifespan and increases your long-term repair costs. Be careful. Ask the hard questions. Because unless you do, they won't...LOOK ELSEWHERE

When I called, I was treated very nicely on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Diagostic appointments are $89 during the week and $149 on Saturday. Our technician, Wes, was very professional, on time and easy to talk to. He came out and checked the unit (we needed a different fuse) and turned the unit on and got it running. I was very happy with the service from the ladies in the office to Wes our technician. Just a heads up, they have a monthly maintenance plan ($12.95 a month) that they will try and sell you. It includes an annual check of your A/C unit and of your heater. Any additional work or service calls are then 20% off. Just an FYI, if it is a good deal for you, then I would suggest getting it, if not, they will still service you. Thank you Honey's for making our experience a Sweet One!
