Highly recommended! My wife and I had some relatively minor but not insignificant body damage to our Tesla. We had trouble finding anybody who was willing to work on a Tesla and the Tesla "certified" repair people wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money for the repairs. I found Oldest to Newest by first looking for a shop that was on Erie Insurance pre-approved list, and then cross searched on Yelp. I wanted the convenience of having a shop that works directly with Erie but not all the shops have good ratings. This shop had great ratings and seemed like real reviews. This was my Lexus ES and I care about the finish on the car; so did my research. I've had bad experiences at other shops with rushed paint jobs that didn't look right. Not here... Thank you Yelp! and Oldest to Newest, it was a great experience. I dropped the car without doing an estimate since they are in the Erie program, they just estimate after I dropped and worked out with Erie, I paid them my deductible upon exit. Pros: - Friendly staff. - Work was done very well, I had no complaints. Other shops with other cars, I'd noticed poor paint quality, bubbles, etc. This was done very well - Communication was very good; received couple phone calls during the job just to let me know timing. They worked out with insurance when there was a small delay receiving a part that the rental car would be extended. - Manager/owner called me to explain all the work. It was clear they were taking great care to ensure the electronics in the bumper (back up alert and blind spot monitor) were taken care of ; calibrated; and they would test drive to be sure. - They wound up detailing the car inside and out which was a great bonus. I'd noticed this on other reviews, and honestly one of the things that nudged me over the edge to choose this shop and it was very nice! Cons: A little delayed from time estimate. They said it was due to not receiving the bumper part on time. I will assume that is true although it seems odd these are parts usually sent overnight. But in any case, it was not a big deal to me as insurance was paying for the rental and they did keep me posted with excellent communications. I was in no rush. But if you're paying for your own rental, I'd just be clear with them if time is of the essence for you. read more

My 2019 Cadillac XTS had a very difficult dent to fix. I contacted David, the owner, and he said bring it by. Well, not only did they fix it, it looks brand new. No overspray, no orange peel, which is common at other body shops. The professionalism by the staff, especially the Office Manager Sandy, was excellent. On a rainy day just before the holidays, my wife's 2012 BMW 351i got hit from behind and driven into the car in front of it. Extensive damage to both front and back. We had kept that car in perfect shape and now both the car and I was a mess. I had experience with Oldest to Newest with small repairs and decided to give them my business with two insurance companies to deal with. Gabriel told me to relax, they had this covered and would handle everything. That this is "what we do, and we do it well". He was true to his word. The body work was flawless and the car looked as good as new. He handled dealing with the other insurance company as a supplemental payment was necessary to fix the car to his satisfaction. I didn't have any hassles to deal with from the insurance company and was so very satisfied with the quality of the repair work with not a dime out of my own pocket. As soon as I got in to Oldest to Newest, I really felt taken care of and respected. It's certain that they really care about their customers and care about their reputation. Mark was really attentive about the repairs and interested in making sure I understood the costs. He explained the costs to me and when I couldn't get the most expensive repair done, he totally understood - no pushing, just understanding. We've been going to this place for years- I love this place. They always do an amazing job, make things go as smoothly as possible, and treat me like family! Today was no different... (We had insurance claim after I was sideswiped.) They beat the other estimates and when I picked up my car today it looked brand new... inside and out! They really blended the paint well so I can't see the difference. They even helped me move all my toddler's stuff from the rental back to my car. They: - were proactive about calling me and updating me, letting me know when there were delays because of parts being difficult to find, or estimates changing - nailed their estimate on how long it would take to fix the car - fixed the damage and had my car looking as new as 130K miles can - vacuumed the inside of my car - there were years of debris in there - wiped and cleaned the inside of my car, including the mystery substance formerly caked in my cupholder - washed the outside of my car, including the tires - let me pick my car up after closing time anyway after I called and said that traffic would delay me, and that I wouldn't get to the rental company until 5:45 And they were so nice and friendly! read more
