I really wanted to give this boba shop higher review's based on other yelpers hype, but after trying here for now the second time and being disappointed again, I have to give this place a mediocre rating of three stars. We ordered the honey lemon tea and jasmine milk tea with boba. I've been in search for a boba place where the tea is fragrant and notable in drinks and sad to say Aiyu has fell short like many other boba shops that we've now tried as their tea also tasted watered down/diluted. The only thing that's keeps this place positive and the texture of their boba. It has a nice chew/bounce, so I will say they have the texture down. Other than that, the simple jasmine tea we ordered was definitely was lacking in tea flavor. This will probably be our last time visiting as last time we ordered the rose tea and found that also bland. read more

I absolutely love this spot! It's tucked away in the old Pavilions shopping center near Target and is a fairly new addition to the area. As a big iced tea drinker, I really appreciate that they offer so many unique tea options--something that's seriously lacking at places like Starbucks. The teas here actually taste like real tea, not the usual generic stuff you get elsewhere. They also serve cold coffee drinks, and the Vietnamese coffee is especially good. I love that they offer coconut milk as an option--it adds a really nice flavor. My go-to drinks are definitely their fruit teas--so refreshing and full of flavor. And of course you can be adjust sweetness; you can always ask for like 10% or 25% sweetness to lessen it. I love the sealed cups and thick straws too. The service is another highlight. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but the staff is always super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I leave learning or trying something new. It's such a cute, welcoming place to stop for an iced tea or a specialty coffee. I really hope they stick around--it's a much-needed and much-appreciated alternative to the usual chains. Honestly, I'd choose this place over Starbucks any day. The ambience is a nice look --modern and clean. This place is near a Daiso and other restaurants around, easy to find parking. The wait is 10-15 minutes on a Saturday. Barista are friendly. We ordered: - Peach green tea , 50% sweet, light ice - Twilight Taro milk, 50 % sweet, light ice - Tie Guan Yin lychee tea, 50% sweet, light ice Price: Each drink around $6, topping is 0.75 more. The drinks are okay, even 50% sweet is still pretty sweet for me. The tea is strong, but it varies between different drink, I would recommend the tie guan yin lychee tea as the tea is more strong than the others, a more roasted / floral taste. I like how they add a fruit in the fruit tea drinks. The interior is cute, clean, and have wood furnitures. There are a few tables and a few seats, seats are comfy. They also have a restroom, it is locked with passcode but customer can use it. Near the drink making area they have a glass display of small stores decoration. I would give 3 stars for the drinks, but the nice interior and friendly service make it a star more. read more

One of the freshest taro milk teas I've had ! I did not get their boba so I can't speak on that but this shop was so cute! They had macaroon ice cream sandwiches and also coconut yogurts you can purchase. The coconut peach yogurt was very good, not too sweet and taste like fresh coconut. The person who helped me Today was a male and he was nice. Unfortunately, the paper carrier couldn't support the weight the drinks fell out. One of the four drinks fell and shattered- spilled everywhere. This happened while I was at work. In addition to the unfortunate situation with drink spilling, one of my Aiyu honey green tea drink doesn't have jelly. All aiyu honey green tea should have jelly. I called back and the "owner" (she refused to give me her name), gave us crust twice. She said "it's my fault the drinks fell and that I need to carry the drink carrier more carefully- and that my drink has jelly". I was gonna come back today to show her the drinks but her bullshit wasn't worth my time so I'm adding this review to share my experience with her current and future customer. Sparkling roseberry tea less ice: Wowow this was really refreshing. I couldn't taste any tea so I don't think there is any. Super lightly flavored rose sparkling water w very sweet strawberry jam on the bottom. Perfectly sweet when mixed, but definitely could use a stronger rose flavor. I tried some of the sakura crystal boba by itself at the end and I think there is a faint sakura flavor which was awesome. My friend and I got the same order, Lychee Tie Guan Yin Tea but they forgot to put lychee in mine which was one of the main reasons why I bought it. I liked the strong tea flavor and it tasted semi-roasted. Bac Xie Peach jasmine tea-good. I don't ever order drinks w ice and some tea shops (including this one) don't top it off to the top which we think is cheap since the tea shouldn't even cost that much. (See photo). came on a saturday around 3:30pm and it was pretty busy. there was a line and it took ~15 minutes to get my drink which isn't too bad. i ordered the tiramisu milk tea with boba at 50% sugar. good thing i got less sugar because it is very sweet, even at 50%. i still enjoyed it and it had a strong tea taste. i also think the boba was made well and it was deliciously chewy. my only issue is that they give such a tiny amount of boba. for it being a $1.10 add on, i wish they gave a bit more. read more

Late review but suddenly was craving something sweet on the night of 3/15 & since I had a BOGO free reward expiring that wknd, decided to redeem it. Arrived some time around 8:30pm & there were a few ppl that were waiting on their orders. Her drink was fine but mines was the free one & clearly, because it's free, they shorted me some as it clearly wasn't filled. I've been to many boba places/chains & even at my worst experience, NEVER has my drink not been filled to the top. This was my first time & when I saw it, I thought I was seeing things. Also, not to mention the fact that the tea itself tasted watered down like it was prepared in the AM & been left out all day. The service also is another thing. Not sure if it's new workers or they were about to close so they're over it but all the workers that night seemed like they were just going thru the motions. After we ordered, it was just the 2 of us in the store & it still took them 10 mins to get our 2 drinks done cause the workers were just strutting slowly grabbing the stuff they need. As cruel as this may sound, I like to keep things real for the community. So I mean well when I say I think it's time for a change of ownership & culture for this joint.
