We kicked off with the Hamachi NinNiku, a seared yellowtail dish that looked as amazing as it tasted--super fresh and beautifully presented. I rarely write reviews, but our experience here was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. We came in as a group of seven, excited to enjoy what we thought would be a high-quality sushi experience--especially given the steep prices. Unfortunately, the customer service was shockingly poor. Our waitress was extremely rude and inattentive throughout the meal. While we were still eating, she abruptly came over and asked, "Are you all done?"--as if we were being rushed out. Not once were we asked if we wanted dessert or anything else. It felt like they just wanted us to leave. To make matters worse, they messed up one of our sushi rolls and gave us the wrong one. When they finally brought the correct roll, they still added the wrong one to our bill--without acknowledging their mistake. We had to point it out ourselves. For a place that charges premium prices, the service was nowhere near what you'd expect. There are plenty of great sushi spots with better food and far better customer service. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values a respectful and pleasant dining experience. read more
