I expected the meat to be slightly chewy but it was actually really tender despite how long you cook it! It goes so well with the wasabi and salt! I got the udon combo but found it to be A LOT of udon, so I would probably just get the gyu katsu separately next time! The service was on top of it, they were quick to switch out the hot slabs when it got cooler or reignite the flame! The restaurant is pretty small and a nice place to enjoy their happy hour! I do wish they invested in better cups as the paper cups got soggy quite fast~
