Walked me through the operation of this equipment. They left my house cleaner than it had been before they came. I cannot recommend highly enough this company. Friendly, professional, quick service. I said I was frustrated that I spent my day, and they didn't honor the appointment, they said to find someone else, they weren't interested. Also - they list with Space-Pak as factory / registered service, but that they DO NOT service any existing installs, would only install new complete systems. If you are looking for consistency, follow through or service, I'd suggest elsewhere.

So this review is coming from my heating panel, which was fixed by KLH months ago…read more Recently my air stopped working. I tried calling KLH again to come out and repair, but they never returned my phone calls, which I thought was weird. So, I ended up going with another company and he assessed that KLH had done the wiring wrong on my system when fixing the panel, causing the fan and the compressor not to work properly. This also caused my electric bill to be a lot higher than normal (I didn't pick up on this because I thought peco was just being peco; but I did note that the bill was higher). Anyway, so this other company was able to fix everything and get it back working again. I am so disappointed in the service of KLH, and the fact that this guy had screwed up my system and the way air was being pumped in. This could have done a lot more damage on my entire system if it had continued to run, costing me thousands of dollars.
