My coworker and I came here on a Saturday afternoon, we got a reservation ahead of time and I'm glad we did because this place was pretty busy. We got their aperol spritz for drinks which was very refreshing, would recommend this for the summer. For food, we got their dip platter and chose their hummus, labne, and baba ghannouj. My coworker was gluten-free so they were very nice to give us some gluten free chips instead of the bread with the dips. We also got their halloumi fries which came with a pomegrante dipping sauce - I LOVED IT! The halloumi fries were cooked so well! We also got their prawns which were really fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back! Their hummus was so good, it's for sure a very authentic Lebanese spot.

I ordered a hibiscus tea while I waited for my friend. It was incredibly refreshing and flavorful, the best I have ever had. For food, we shared a bunch of stuff. We got a dip sampler with labneh, hummus, and an eggplant dip. All were fantastic and came out beautifully. They brought gluten free crackers out for me as well. The shrimp was divine. Garlicky, flavorful, so good. Will be thinking about this for a while. Definitely order sides, as the proteins just come with the protein listed unless you do a lunch special. The halloumi fries were incredible and came with an amazing sauce. Fried in a dedicated gluten free frier- amazing. The food was paired with a lovely aperol spritz, a lovely patio, and a kind and attentive server. Would go back every week if I could.

The server was nice and polite and we were quickly served a couple glasses of water and given the menu to peruse. The interior although we did not sit inside i did see when I went in to check in. It was very nicely decorated and looked cozy. I ordered a vaziri kebab and wifey ordered a chicken curry. We also ordered for starters a kashk o bademjoon. When the food arrived they were beautifully plated and the colors amazing. I had a taste of the starter and was delighted at the texture and flavor. Very tasty. My dish of kebabs were seasoned well and the meat was moist. Every bite was delicious with a mouth full of the rice. The was a side of salad on the plate as well, get your veggies in ;) but the star of the plate is the kebab. Wife's dish was spicy for her and she ended up taking it home as she's not good with hot spice. I think the spice level for me was fine, nice kick to it. Over all very nice meal and pleasant server. When in steveston and feeling like Mediterranean food def hit this place up!

We kept adding to our orders, and our server accommodated us very promptly. We ordered kebabs that were juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. I highly recommend the eggplant dip, and we also enjoyed the hummus. I tried the spicy curry chicken dish, which was really good; it had a nice kick, and I love spicy food! I read rave reviews about the chia seed lemonade, and it was just as good and refreshing as everyone said. I noticed a sign indicating that they will be relocating to a different spot in Steveston; I'll make sure to post a picture of that sign. I definitely recommend trying this place!

The food took quite a while to come out considering there were no more than 14 people in the restaurant. Server was nice and answered the questions we had. BBQ ribs: 3.5/5 tender and fall off the bone. The flavour was ok. The sauce was good but the meat itself wasn't flavored well without the sauce. Chicken liver parfait: 5/5 this was my highlight. Generous portion of liver. Beautifully plated with sweet, savoury, components including different textures. Bread was soft, fluffy and warm. Jamaican jerk chicken rice ice bowl: 2/5 Came a bit confusing. We had to clarify with the sever that this was indeed the jerk chicken bowl. Nothing screamed Jamaican. It was more Taiwanese fried chicken with a kicked up Tabasco sauce on top of Chinese fried rice with a bit of dry jerk seasoning sprinkled into it. Flavor wise, it wasn't bad but Jamaican jerk flavours it was not. For $26 I wanted full Jamaican flavours. Would I come back? Probably not. Would I stop people from going? Also probably not.

We ordered BBQ ribs, Brioche with chicken liver parfait and the Jamaican jerk chicken rice bowl. The BBQ ribs and chicken liver parfait were played nicely and tasted decently good. The ribs were tender, though they could have used a bit more seasoning. Unfortunately, the jerk chicken rice bowl was disappointing. When it arrived I was confused, as it looks like a Taiwanese chicken fried rice. I confirmed with the waitress that it indeed was the jerk chicken rice bowl, but it looked nothing like what I expected from that dish. The rice bowl tasted like Taiwanese-style fried chicken rice with a lot of added spiciness. Spiciness alone does not make something Jamaican jerk chicken. Since I didn't get what I ordered...I have to give a relatively low score. My recommendation is to stick with the Western-style dishes here and avoid anything that seems "exotic".

We started with appetizer the platter with kibbeh, which is like a samosa and fattosh salad which is like a fresh salsa salad. I ordered Lamb shanks with grape leaves on the server's recommendation. The stuffed grape leaves indeed paired well with the shank. Another friend had the shank with cabbage rolls. Another friend ordered the kebab. It was a bit try and had wished to order the shank instead. Another ordered roast lamb shoulder and another couple ordered the whole sea bass. They liked the sea bass and it was enough for 2 to share. To finish off the meal, I ordered the anise tea. It was very fragrant but light so need time to steep to bring out the flavour. The Arabic coffee was like Turkish coffee with cardamom added. Both very interesting and the server was telling us all about health benefits of anise tea esp with osmanthus flower and was so nice she even brought out the flower for us to see and smell. We tried 2 different desserts- Kunafah, and Nammourah. Overall it was not only a lovely meal but also educational! lol.
