Spectrum was out here several times, but could not fish the cable under the street - it was blocked somewhere. They made no effort to find the obstruction Because of corona, I've been working from home and the DSL connection was just way way too slow for this. So I called Amaya's. Two hours later he was here. He quickly found the conduit from the fiber box to my house and told me where he thought the problem was. Even better, he said he would bring a crew and fix the problem that day. A few hours later, the cable was run. The original crew had "stubbed" the connection - they did not connect the conduit from my house to the street conduit. Now I am a happy camper with 115Mb/s!

They endangered the lives of four workers doing the trenching work. No follow-up photographs were ever sent, showing marking, as were promised. Property management company closed until Monday. On Saturday late morning I just decided to call A&R after googling plumbers real quick. They had someone working on my sink like an hour later. Alden was super nice and friendly, and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He didn't mind that I was hovering over him and watching the work, and I even learned some stuff. This guy deserves a raise! A&R bills for TIME, so you're being charged really fairly. They even helped me communicate to my property manager that the issue didn't originate in my apartment and I was able to negotiate a reimbursement for the cost of the services. Basically A&R was fast, affordable, and super competent.

He said again he would be on site at 8am with a crew. Nick never shows, but a crew arrived at 8:45. My bid included driveway prep, crack filler and two coats of sealer if needed. The crew finish around 12:30 but did not use crack filler on the bottom 1/3 of the driveway and the did not use sealer on part of right hand side if the driveway. I called Nick and he agreed to get the crew back out the next day a 8am. Charles calls the next day and said they would come over at 11:30. I said no don't come, I canceled the appointment. I called Nick indicated what Charles said. I told Nick to send bill a bill. I also left two messages for a person named Victor to call me, the ad min who answered the phone said she would get Victor involved. Victor never called. Nick failed to show twice after he committed to coming at 8am and he failed to return 3 phone calls and 3 text . I cannot recommend using Coastal for driveway repair. They seem unprofessional and the quality of work done lacks attention to detail and follow through. RG
