These guys are great. Used them in 2020 after moving into a new home. The two other companies that assessed our problem couldn't figure it out, but Rooter King figured out there was faulty work to the sewer line just before the property was sold. They advised we contact the plumber who did it because it was likely still under warranty. They correctly diagnosed the problem and didn't charge a dime!! Fast forward to 2024, and I had them assess my water heater for replacement. The technician told me I didn't need a new water heater and instead recommended an excellent electrician to fix the issue. It was in a DG driveway and they had to rip up the DG and the asphalt and dig a huge hole in my backyard as well. Call these guys first!! I had an emergency outdoor water leak with gallons of water running down the street every minute from somewhere near the front of my property. After CAL AM shut off the water I called around to find an ASAP plumber to dig and try to find the leak. This was early Sun AM. Left a message - they called me right back. Unlike other 24/7 companies they did not threaten me with ridiculous "emergency " rates or give me a bunch of static about weekend service calls. Showed up on site early Sun afternoon. Other companies would have probably racked up hours digging up the whole yard. Francis was the best - knew just where to dig, fixed the leak, and had my water back on within couple hours. The bill was very reasonable and the peace of mind during a stressful time was worth a lot. These folks know their stuff. This is the second time I've used them for a bigger plumbing project (the other job was a new two-way sewer clean out). Highly recommend. We had a pipe burst due to poor welding behind the tile in our shower while we were attempting to replace the cartridge to our shower handle. Alejandro and his associate were able to come same day, replace the entire shower handle and replace the busted pipe without cutting our shower tile or breaking through the outside stucco wall like other plumbers had previously recommended. Their price was WAY more reasonable than other plumbing companies in the area that we have used in the past. They were also very kind and knowledgeable. Rooter King is the best: They did a re-pipe of my home in 1 day, installing copper and pex lines for the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and the garage. They also replaced sink drains in 2 bathrooms, installed a new laundry box kit and a recirculation line for hot water. I had a few questions about adding a timer to the recirculation pump and they were quick to answer. All old materials were disposed of and they returned the next day to inspect the work. Contacted Rooter King Monday morning, they came out Monday afternoon, received their bid ( very competitive ) Monday evening, gave them the go ahead Tuesday morning, they secured the permit Wednesday, started work Thursday , rained on Friday, and finished the job on Monday. They did such a good job cleaning up that you would have no idea that there had been two lateral sewer lines replaced in our yard. They even reset a carmel stone path that had to be removed. Alejandro Trinidad is one of a kind. I spent Wednesday interviewing plumbers about replacing our failed/broken sewer line. Alejandro stopped by the site that same day, scoped our sewer line with his camera while I watched and could see the condition of the line ( at no charge). That evening he emailed a detailed estimate and proposal. From my research, his price was right. His outstanding reputation among tradespeople in our community encouraged me to stop my search, and I accepted his proposal. The next morning, the permit process was underway and the utility companies had begun marking the street, which was completed by Friday. Monday morning Alejandro arrived with his crew and equipment, set up traffic control, and replaced our sewer line from the house to the main using the trenchless method... one hole at the cleanout in our yard, another in the street, (no open trenches disrupting the entire surface for the length of the line!). He and his crew replaced the entire sewer line, filled and compacted the holes, repaired the asphalt in the street perfectly, (unlike other work done in our neighborhood) removed all debris and left the entire site spotless by 3 p.m. His amazing daughter managed the paperwork, scheduling, billing and permitting process, which was seamless. I received an e-bill via Quick Books shortly, was able to pay by e-check or credit card immediately... the smoothest, most pleasant transaction imaginable. read more
