I'm loving the new 'sales' ! On just about all the things I love. I also love the deli, with their delicious chicken. I usually get a few thighs for the evening dinner. Great customer service and good prices. I also buy my cat supplies here, same price as Amazon. Thank you Located Fort Apache and Sahara

Stopped by here last night since we had a bunch of errands to run after stopping at the Sahara West Library (something was due). It was dark and there was a special moon when we stopped here. Not many cars in the parking lot. That's good. I rely heavily on the APP. I clipped all of my coupons. I found the pepper, the onion, the frozen vegetables, and the cheese. Produce Department is to the far right of the store. I just couldn't find everything. I couldn't find the tofu. Maybe it was near the other frozen food aisles, like the cheese. It's funny how something throws you off and you're left wandering the store. (I still have a few days, though.) Went to the self-checkout. I was getting nervous because this isn't our regular Albertsons store, so I saw some suspicious looking people (*it's just odd when people are wearing hoodies when it is very warm*). I was getting cash back. I just normally do not carry any cash. I just had my guard up. But no harm, no foul. Better to be aware of your surroundings at all times. It wasn't just me, it was me and my son. I was glad that we got almost everything we needed. But we missed the pretty moon!

Key Encounters ..

If I could give zero stars, I would. This morning around 9:00 a.m., I had a horrific experience at this particular Albertsons location. I was shopping, specifically looking for ground chicken, when I noticed the butcher/clerk restocking the department. As I reached for a package of ground chicken, I was appalled to find dead flies inside the packages and on the shelving beneath them. The employee had already passed the ground chicken section and was restocking other products further down the aisle. I immediately went to the counter to inform another employee about the issue. He walked over, glanced at the display, and seemed completely unbothered by what I pointed out. After finally acknowledging the dead flies, he grabbed one of the contaminated packages and showed it to the other employee. He assured me it would be taken care of, but I stood and waited, and nobody came to clean the area. The initial employee just walked past the disgusting meat display without any sense of urgency or concern. I left without purchasing any ground chicken. This was early in the day, and one would think cleanliness and sanitation would be a priority, especially in a meat department. I saw no evidence that this area was being cleaned daily, which is alarming given the health risks involved. I've attached photos of the flies, although I was unable to capture the fly that was on the package itself. My disgust with this situation cannot be overstated. Insects around raw meat are a serious health violation. The employees' lack of urgency in addressing this issue indicates improper training, which reflects poorly on the management of this establishment. If the roles were reversed, do you think these employees would purchase meat from a display riddled with dead bugs? Absolutely not. This incident shows a blatant disregard for customer health and safety. In today's economy, every penny counts, and I refuse to spend my hard-earned money at a place that doesn't prioritize customer service or sanitation. This is Health and Safety 101. If the health department saw this, they would undoubtedly take action. Why should it take an official inspection for this location to meet basic cleanliness standards? This should be a given at all times. This experience was beyond gross. I will not be returning to this Albertsons, and I urge others to think twice before shopping here. Spend your money where customers and cleanliness are valued. This is completely unacceptable.

Food desert. Lazy employees. Massively overpriced. Overall a terrible grocery store. Go down the street to smiths.

We didn't want a sit-down restaurant but wanted something with more quality than fast food. Whole Foods Market delivered (not literally). We were impressed when we walked in as this is a large store with a lot of staff, good service, and plenty to offer. The parking lot was rather empty earlier in the morning but less than 45 minutes later when we left, it was rather busy being a Sunday morning. I typically go to other Whole Foods Markets for a few quick items or something specific. There is a huge amount of convention and organic produce, an expanded bakery department with made-in-house bread, a full-service coffee and juice bar, an expanded whole body department with wellness items, a chocolate and cheese department, a curated grocery department with many local items, a full-service seafood counter, a full-service meat counter, an extensive selection of more than MANY wines and local beer options, and a larger prepared foods department with a salad bar, hot bar, fresh pizza, made-to-order sandwiches, and rotisserie chicken. On my most recent visit to Whole Foods Market, my friend and I decided to order deli sandwiches made to-order along with a bag of chips for each of us. They were delicious and less expensive than a meal at many of the nearby restaurants! Amazon Prime members can shop at Whole Foods and take advantage of a number of benefits from discounts on products and in-store sale items, paying in-store with Amazon One or the Amazon app, and return items at the Amazon returns counter in the store (though anyone can do this last one). For more information on in-store benefits for Prime members, visit https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/amazon. I would strongly recommend this Whole Foods Market to anyone. It's very spacious and quite well-lit. Again, there is plenty to by and see for anyone. I'll certainly be back again (on a future visit to Las Vegas).

I can't with the streets being janky and the insane amount of traffic on Spring Mountain. But I do on occasion battle the crazy to take care of business. Before H Mart opened I would go to the Asian Market at Spring Mountain and hate life. IYKYK, right? Spacious yes, but be ready to wait an eternity to check out. After the H Marts grand opening I took a walk on the wild side and entered with my own personal shopping cart. Simply put my review is this: it's way too small for everything they sell. Crowded aisles. Stock on the floor. Serious fire hazard. They need to address this safety hazard and act accordingly with their wares. While almost everything is korean they do carry items from other asian countries. The problem is if you don't have a translation app or read characters you have no idea what anything is. I had a hell of a time finding dark and light soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster & fish sauce. I finally found my 3 Crabs oyster sauce but the soy sauce...I gave up. Going back with pictures next time... Employees on the floor were not willing or able to help find items or answer questions. They DO have an amazing selection of ramyun & ramen. Their housewares are solid & inexpensive. I highly recommend the pink kitchen gloves and disposable korean washcloths!!! They have limited k-beauty items but an insane amount of ginseng products. The parking lot is a madhouse. If you have your own personal shopping cart like I do...use it! It's a shame their app doesn't allow for ordering with store pickup.

This morning I woke up to our two meows both standing by their bowls. We are moving today and were planning on their next meal being at the new place-- but I couldn't stand their sadness! I searched for the earliest opening grocery store and found that Winco is 24 hours. The selection of cat food isn't luxurious but we found something both meows like and the price was identical to Walmart. Well that's how I feel about Winco... it's a no frills kind of market with generally decent stuff and I know where everything is and I know and the cashiers know me. Yeah, it's not like Sprouts or Whole Foods, not as many of the same type of an item as Smiths or Albertsons , not nearly as bare bones as Aldi's.... But you know what? It is generally fine for what I need , especially on a quick trip. Yeah, I'm not getting Boarshead deli meat or Sprouts in store sushi... but if I need "routine" groceries like eggs, breads, canned goods and produce, I'm going to go Winco and save a bit. I mean, yeah I have to bag my stuff, dodge the various folks in the parking lot who may be trying to solicit something , there's always ample parking and the hours are great. Just saying, so many people dis Winco just because they can't choose from 18 kinds of olive oil or there are no lobsters swimming in the seafood section and of course, you have to use cash or debit... do people still shop with cash? More do every day after all the rip offs of credit cards
