Always impressed with this store, very clean and employees seem happy to help you. The staff are doing a great job of cleaning and keeping the store ran as much as possible by current guidelines. I never have a parking issue but that could be due to the fact I usually go to the store during the weekday to try to miss the rush. The employees are always there to help or direct me to what I am looking for. The self check out makes it nice but with all the produce I get it is easier for me to stand in a line. read more

I have to say that Sherry from the bakery department was absolutely fantastic! We ordered a cake on Wednesday for one of our coworkers in the office for 11:30 pick up this morning, and they never received our order. Sherry was so accommodating and had the cake ready a half an hour before the pick up time we originally requested. It was an amazing experience and our coworker was totally surprised! Went into the store today to get a birthday cake from the bakery. A blonde woman helped me and when I picked out the cake I wanted, I asked her to write a Happy Birthday on it. She seemed extremely annoyed when I asked her for this service and when she brought it back to the young guy (who is always sweet and does a great job), she gave that annoyed smirk like it was something they really had to go out of their way to do. When I went to check out, the guy checking me out didn't even smile and literally sounded like he hated his life. He also almost didn't even pay attention to what i was getting when he was ringing me up because he also forgot to charge me for something but out of the kindness of my heart, i reminded him that he was not paying attention. I've been in here a couple of times. Super organized and clean. The staff I interacted with were nice and helpful. It doesn't seem to be as large as the store down West Charleston (which I shop at most often) but I'm not certain. I was able to find most of what I was searching for (some items I might need to locate at a specialty store). It was a pleasant shopping experience. I've noticed that Albertsons stores in my area all have different layouts. I have to memorize each lay out or ask for assistance. Not a big deal, just an observation. I live directly across the street so I come here ALL time for my quick grocery run, usually I have no problem with anything. But these last few months have had some horrible customer service with the young grumpy cashiers . I went to buy my first legal purchase ( LMAO ) I went to a young girl with long braids , I always greet & say hello ! She instantly rolled her eyes & said "is this it" like really !! I went to pay.. NO ID CHECK WHATS SO EVER. I said "want my ID" and her reply was an EYEROLL. Girl for all I know I could be 12 . Horrible. Today I went to the express lane with my daughter , she talks a lot like any toddler , she kept saying hi to the blonde young man dealing with our groceries , I also said HI as I walked over to the front. HE LOOKED AT ME & COMPLETELY ignored me the ENTIRE TIME! Usually after you finish scanning your items they say "ok it's $$$" right ? He just stared into space , I said there's still more items on the belt ... he said huffing and puffing ok ! Then he yet again DIDNT even acknowledge what the total was. I asked 3 times to put a certain amount on my card & the rest in cash . He IGNORED ME! I left with non of my change & it just pisses me off . He did AS HE wanted ! He was such a bad mood killer & had horrible customer services. Where are you training these kids ? Fire them & get actually people who want to work & make some damn money!!! read more

I've been frequenting this Albertsons more often lately, and for good reason. Every Friday they do great in-store sales, and every time I shop here I'm greeted by every associate that walks past me. Their produce selection is fresh and all my grocery needs are always stocked. They did great with the "3's a Crowd" slogan for line control, as I often hear it said over the intercom. Basically as soon as they see 3 people waiting in the check-out lane at any point in time, they'll open another checkout lane instantly. I'm super ecstatic at this, as I've never had to wait more than 45 seconds in line. Keep up the great work! read more

One cashier at all times it's the slowest store I have ever been into, lines tend to take 20 plus minutes. Just go up the road to target.

This star is specifically for the meat department and even that is generous. When asking a question specific to the cut we wanted, the man behind the counter responded "Can you read?" Some things are just unacceptable under any circumstances in the service industry and blatant, unwarranted disrespect for customers is one of them. Whatever caused this man's bad day, I'm sorry for him, but his conduct was beyond unprofessional. We left the meat behind that he tossed at us and went to a different store. This Albertsons is very clean and has large and spacious aisles. They have a gambling room at the front of the store if you feel like playing and they also have a wells Fargo Bank with tellers and an atm machine against the wall on the side of the store where the produce is. It's in the middle of the store on the wall. The tellers are always friendly. My only complaint is that the prices are pretty high here and there is no self checkout. Every once and awhile you'll get lucky with a sale. It's a bummer that a lot of the sales require you to purchase 6 items or more for the discount though, but not always. read more

The downfall is it is small and has to compete with Sprouts so the selections are smaller. The plus side is the store is never crowded and I love it! The produce is well displayed & the alcohol section is bountiful. read more

I will admit that part of the reason I like this Albertsons is because it's extremely conveniently located for me. I shop here mainly for meat, I can usually get what I need at a great price. The staff is friendly (although I always have 2 adorable little kids with me and it's hard to resist smiling at the teasing grin of my 1-year-old). My only complaint is pretty trivial: the car-cart that my 3-year-old loves so dearly to ride in has a big bar on it that prevents it from going outside. This becomes a major hassle when I'm stocking up on meat and have loaded my cart up. I have to get a different cart to take everything out to the car in (although often the staff will get one for me). It would just be more convenient for me if the car-cart could go outside. It's not a major deal though, and I'll continue shopping there. read more

Went here to grab lunch today with a co-worker. Got a pre-made sandwich from the deli. Though it would have mushy bread or stale lettuce, but to my surprise it was not. Went into this store today about 3pm because I was in the neighborhood. Wanted to buy a cake and have something written on it for my son who just got out of the Marine Corps. I went to the bakery and I picked a cake. When I asked the little not so nice lady behind the bakery counter to write something on it for me you would have thought I ruined her whole day. There were two people behind the counter. I told her I want dark blue writing and she said we don't have blue ( surprised I was) So I told her I'll take Gold if you have that. Her attitude was less than Happy and she got it done with yellow .. I won't return to this bakery with her terrible attitude. Next we stopped at the meat counter , the man there was being rude to the lady in front of us So I made sure to mention to my husband standing next to me how rude staff is here at the counter. After the lady was done and we were choosing some chicken, he did not say one word to us not hello not goodbye not how much do you want nothing. He heard me say that he was rude because he was. It's like most albertsons, kinda shanty-ish. Either they are really nice like the one on warm springs and rainbow or India cruddy. I do like their seafood quite a bit so that's why I got to albertsons over glaziers. (unless glaziers has a sale). I do self service so I can't say if employees are helpful. The one thing I don't likes how they trick you on wine prices. They show you a big price and in tiny tiny letters it says if you buy 6. Soooooo uncool. So, that said I don't buy my wine there. Just seafood. Best prices I've seen so far on scallops And crab legs. read more

Great grocert store that doesnt believe in self check out. They also butcher the meat right there so its nice and fresh.

So they have this new thing where you have to download an app to get the savings. Stupid thing because most seniors do not have smart phones and it's too time consuming to ha e to pic out stuff on your phone. My main and only source for Meal Mart frozen matzoh balls is the Albertsons on Fort Apache in Las Vegas but for the past few months you do not stock it although you carry Meal Mart's other frozen products. I am constantly buying this product and am disappointed that you do not stock it anymore, so unless you get this product back, I will not be frequenting your store. fist of all i just want to say, do not listen to every negative review you read. everyone has something to say, and if one reviewer swears that an item or place is just horrible, while another says it was a pleasent experiance, there is a problem or someone just dose not have all of their facts straight. i have been in this store many times, my mother (before she passed away) used to be an employee. so i spent time in that store at all different times of the day,all different days a week. ive seen customers who were rude and demanding. so t is a two way street. but it is a very clean store with friendly employees, many of them i know personally. Ken M, posted a comment complaining about the slowness of the self checkout system. i must pointout from an inside point of veiw, a majority of customers do not know how to use them properly, and if there is a terminal or two down, there could be a malfunction with the machine. also, if the terminal is out or low on cash, not just anybody can walk over to the machine with a stck of bills and a bag of coins to fill up the machine went it runs out! they would shut the machine down. mostlikely to avoid having negative reviews on how the store tried to keep their money. i have even seen a machine down because a customer became inpatient and cracked the glass over the scanner by hitting it. i have also just read a complaint about the fact that this store has a dull colour scheme. it is a grocery store, people come to get their groceries and leave. most do not even worry about what color the walls are. but while on the subject, Supervalue had corperate out t the store drawing up plans for a $1,000,000 rennevation in 2008. it was cancelled, nobody really knows why. there was rumors that the store was going to be one of the properties being closed down. however this store is one of the more successful stores in vegas. i am not bias at all, i just know what i am talking about. an INSIDE look iff you would... read more
