I am not a regular at Aldi's, but I came to this location on a Wednesday afternoon in Burbank and decided to do some quick grocery shopping. The one thing that immediately stood out was how messy and disorganized everything was. I know Aldi's doesn't rely on shelves and it's mostly a boxes-stacked-on-boxes layout but I've seen other Aldi's where the unused and/or empty boxes are cleared away in order for everything to look more tidy and organized. The veggies and fruits are always great, and this location was no different. Meats and Dairy also highly recommended to get them from here. Another highlight was how good the Too Good Gourmet cookies were. Truly a 10/10 purchase (I attached a couple of pics to this review so you can see the box and spot them in the store). They have the right amount of chewiness. The rest was a pretty standard Aldi's experience, not much else to say.

I don't get into the store much or any other locations, but I really like it when I go in and I think gosh I need to stop in the store more often. The store is a little bit similar to me as grocery outlet just so you don't know what's gonna be there all the time . Plenty of parking, saving benefits, crowded usually can find a spot I would imagine and it's easy to get to Cashier William was friendly. I think it's great that their cashiers can sit down. It's one thing if you work retail and you have to move around to stock or to clean to do things you're moving around on your feet but just to stand somewhere in the same spot for 4-10 hours it's a bit taxing so that's one thing I noticed when I went in here the other day. Good items found on this trip at good savings!

As a child growing up in Chicago, I have vivid memories of visiting Aldi with my family, and getting cheap microwave pizza to watch Saturday morning, cartoons. It was a simple, basic, no-frills grocery store, I can remember it as almost budget-friendly. However, my recent visit to the Aldi has shattered those nostalgic childhood memories. This Aldi is a total revelation, a far cry from the budget grocery store I once knew as a kid. The store's interior is clean and modern, with well-organized products on shelves. The produce section is a main highlight for me, they have a range of fresh, organic options at very affordable prices. One of the most fun isles of this Aldi is "Aldi Finds" section. This aisle is in the center and features an assortment of limited products, it's a treasure trove for bargain hunters. All these products are limited, so look fast. Aldi has private-label products, like there popular "Winking Owl" wines and offer excellent value for money. I remember that traditional Aldi shopping was for basic affordable cheap food, this Aldi has a new evolution, and I love it. You can find premium and organic food here, no more basic microwave pizza for me! Also, you will notice that the cashiers are comfortable and sit down at the cash registers, which is different from other chain grocery stores, and they don't have baggers to bag your food. If you're looking for an affordable grocery store I highly recommend giving this Aldi a try. The produce, wine and organic food selection are some of my favorite picks! Pro tip: Don't forget your quarter! Shopping carts can be used for a quarter. You get your quarter returned when you return your cart, or you can get lucky and find a shopping cart in the parking lot.

Finally, set foot into the Aldi near the Hobby Lobby, Home Goods, Burger King, and Lancer's Family Restaurant in a huge shared parking lot off Burbank off Victory & Chandler Blvd. I haven't been to Aldi much, but I needed to stop in after the movies to grab some essentials for a friend's bbq pool party. I came in with my friends... Some pro Aldi regulars who knew the layout pretty well. Aldi has great prices, large isles (like doing a supermarket sweep challenge would be perfect here) and some popular brand stuff, but Aldi is mostly known for carrying a variety of its own products which are of better than fair quality. It kind of reminds me of a streamlined grocery outlet but with a big lots level of products, frozen goods, etc. I've only been to the location in Northridge and another in Hesperia when I go up to visit family and old friends and hadn't found much in the past, but they've definitely been branching out a bit more. I'm glad they carry some more plant-based products, bulk items, and more than decent produce, not to mention some affordable wine, familiar craft beer, and miscellaneous other adult and regular beverages. The checkout was smooth, and it was definitely a place you'd want to remember to bring your bags... Maybe even your own wagon or cart as they charge 25 cents... To use a shopping cart... I totally forgot about that because it's been like 4 or 5 years since I was at any Aldi location... I honestly think this was on reason I stopped going as well as the lack of certain items at the time. Fun facts: Aldi (Nord) has a very cool offspring company you may know as Trader Joe's. I don't really see the "family resemblance," but I could definitely give this nearly 80 year old store brand/grocer a little more credit... I'll be back.

Not sure if it tastes like back home but brought back memories. Definitely not vegan so I cannot try it.

** Service Animals only ** This is a great location. Everyone who works here has been friendly and helpful. There are some vegan options and some organic produce. I've found refrigerated 1/2 gallon coconut milk here when I couldn't find it elsewhere. I did notice some prices are higher than brother company Trader Joe's for some items. Last shopping trip cashier Ashleigh was super nice! Their number 855.955.2534 is a recorded message tells you: No store numbers are listed/ available for any Aldi. If you have a question they ask that you visit their website Aldi.US Probably easier to drive to the store and ask. Returns are taken care of at any register. Parking lot is shared with Lancer's restaurant and 4 other stores. Online order pick up spots on far right as you face the store, off of Chandler.

Good Box Organics is not only convenient, with the food being delivered right to my door, but is entirely healthy as well. The owners Samantha and Mark started this business in 2010 and have a mission of creating a healthier future. The best part is they work with local farmers to get all their produce and find multiple ways to give back to the community. They also have their Support a School program where they donate 5% back from every box sold. They have different boxes to choose from and different sizes as well. Some boxes are fruits only and others include fruits and vegetables. I went with the half size fruit and vegetable box. Before delivery, you get an email of what is going to be inside the box and the best part for me is, it includes recipes of what you can make with the items in your box. My box included an avocado, pears, apples, oranges, broccoli, cilantro, pink chard, and lettuce. One of the recipes included Baked Broccoli Parmesan Fritters which I am definitely going to try out because I always need new ideas for meals with having two small children. The delivery fee for their boxes is $6.95 or you can pick up the boxes for free at many of their local pickup locations. The service area covers the greater Los Angeles Area , San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, and Conejo Valley so definitely something for everyone!

Top Buys Here: HEIRLOOM TOMATOES. - When they have them, they are usually in the two dollar per pound range. PICKLING CUCUMBERS - (which you cannot even get at the Ralph's) - Here you can buy a sack of these for a few bucks. RED BELL PEPPERS - Half the price or less than at the Ralph's. OKRA - Inexpensive and fresh. GREEN BEANS & BROAD BEANS - Both fresh and cheap (and you cannot even get broad beans at a regular super market.) And there are dozens if not hundreds of other great buys.here (like farmer's cheese, sumac, and Bulgar wheat). Definitely shop here if you live in the neighborhood. And I think that it is also worth the drive if you are not too far away. (Note: There is a good butcher shop right next door).

It has been surprisingly difficult to find truly fresh fruits, vegetables, and produce, but this place pretty much had it all. They carry a wide variety of seeded fruits and produce from different parts of the world, and everything looked fresh and natural rather than overly processed or mass-produced. I'm almost hesitant to leave this review because I don't want the spot to get so popular that I can never find the fruit I'm looking for again. The woman working behind the register was also extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. She allowed my brother and me to sample a few fruits that were new to us and gave us background and insight into where they came from and what made them unique. I would absolutely recommend Sasoun Produce, especially for health fanatics and anyone who may not get the opportunity to travel but still wants to experience fruits from different parts of the world. Ten out of ten.

The prices are more than a bit over-the-top (ugly). Whoever designed this store deserves a smack-down. The aisles are so small you have to shimmy past people. And if you are shopping with a cart, good luck to you. Legit the most baffling design choices I've ever seen. This is an example of design that actually effects the shopping experience in a BAD WAY. Total head scratcher. Whoever designed the parking lot for the entire complex is an absolute idiot. If you need to get your cart to your car, there are several issues depending on what area you park in. First up, upon exiting the store there is a curb with no visible ramp so you have to cart-jump the curb to get down to the street level to your car. Then there is a raised planter between parking and the store so that if you are on the other side of it, you have to cart-jump the curb again. Seriously? Total failure in design on both the store and the parking. But hey - 90 minutes free parking so that's a plus. $16 for a smoothie is a little excessive for sure. Was it good? Yes. That said, while I'm happy to pay more for a great selection of organic fruits and veggies, the smoothies aren't that different from one I could make at home or get somewhere else of the same quality but for less. So if you are on a budget or just resent paying $16 for a smoothie on principal, I suggest focusing on your favorite, good stuff at Erewhon which for me is the fruits / vegetables and their outstanding selection of health / beauty products and their prepared food. from the beauty section, I got something called EVERYTHNG OIL based on the recommendation of one of the staff and it is a GREAT product -- truly my skin is transformed -- well worth the $. I also discovered a yoghurt there that I love -- Painterland Sisters -- but I now buy it at Sprouts as it is cheaper there. The prepared food selection is great! Vegan dessert selection - hallelujah! And I'm a big fan of all their vegan options actually - great stuff. I like that they give you a credit for every glass bottle you bring back -- not a small one either. $2 for each bottle! That brings down the cost of those fresh juices I love so I'll take it!! :) So spend some time finding your favorite stuff - this is a place to pick up a couple of things -- not do ALL your grocery shopping. First of all, you don't want a cart in this place -- too hard to navigate. But also, a full shop at Erewhon is 3 times what any other store would cost. But they do have some very excellent products so worth it for those things IMHO but not for EVERYTHING. Also, try to choose a time to go when it's not packed. the store is claustrophobic when full.
