Thankfully, they were reasonable about it. However, I'm stuck without a card in the meantime. I called the place back to let them know what had happened, assuming it's either a major clerical issue or an employee ripping them off. When I got someone on the phone who insisted he was the owner (no name provided), he was extremely rude. I explained what had happened and he proceeded to gaslight me telling me that it didn't happen. He spent no time to actually check that information and verify and was really mean about it. So, no customer service, no attempting to rectify the issue, no attempt to entice me to continue ordering there. Just flat denial at a speed that seems to suggest that he was well aware of the problem. Pizza places are a dime a dozen. I don't understand why anyone would ever bother with one like this.
