This place is the best! They are friendly and a great value and I'm happy to come to them again if I have any issues. My tire had a 1/4" nail stuck in it and they not only patched my tire but they were willing to deal with the fix a flat fluid that I had to use to temporarily fill my tire. Firestone and the Dealership I went to wanted me to replace my entire tire rather than save it. Not about to spend $300+ bucks on new tires when the problem is totally fixable. Last week I got a tire low air pressure, came and check they help me found out it was the rim broken causing that. So try to save money they suggested me order the rim myself and they'll install it with the tire. I came today and they installed it for me with fast and professional work. Reasonable charge. Crazy Joe, the electric specialty shop, the speedometer specialist, and Anthony's Muffler have all been great. I wouldn't trust these guys with my kid's wagon. Honesty is the most important thing in choosing a car service center. I recently overheard one of the service guys extort money from a man who came in and said he'd hit their sign with his bike and scratched it. Found this shop by sending in a request to businesses on yelp. They were the first to respond and I was stranded with my car. They quoted me a fair price and had it towed over right away. They started the repair immediately and the staff was very helpful, patient and understanding. Mauricio was the person who I dealt with on the day. I needed an oil change on my 2019 Accord which I've owned for two years since purchased with two miles on the odometer. It was literally the third oil change I needed since new with ~17k miles I've put into the car mind you this is my first brand new car. I am not about to get ripped off by the dealer crooks at Honda so it's extremely difficult to find a mechanic I can trust. I would perform the job myself but I live in a two bedroom apartment in congested uptown Whittier with limited parking. My car needed an AC recharge. I looked up AC recharge near me. Alexander Auto popped up!! I had seen they have a 5 star rating. I was liking what I saw. Started to read through the reviews and I was impressed so far. I decided to give them a call. Mauricio answered the phone. He was very polite and easy to talk to. I asked him how much for the recharge? And how long it would take. He told me about an hour. Great! I took my car in. Parked my car and was walking toward the shop. A gentleman greeted me with a smile and "how can we help you?" He was Alexander. He guided me to his son Mauricio, and I dropped they keys to him I walked to Starbucks as soon as I sat down to drink my coffee, Mauricio called me, saying my car was ready. I was like wow! Already? So I went to pick it up and Alexander said, we replaced your cabin air filter too. He showed me the filter and I couldn't believe my eyes, as the dirt was packed inside the filter. I had paid the original price they quoted and I asked about the cabin filter. He said no charge!! My AC always blew air but not that great. Alexander said my car AC was like new again. And he wasn't kidding!! I turned on the car with the AC and bam!! The air almost blew my hat off my head!! And then the cool air came right away!! I really couldn't believe how well it worked. I lowered my window down and said, to Alexander and Mauricio, "This is brand new" "Thank you so much!! I will definitely be going back to Alexander Auto.
