Love the fact that they opened earlier than most cafes in the neighborhood; and they make hot breakfast food. Had their breakfast burrito which was steamy hot with a thin crusty wrap filled with soft scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese melt, and perfectly baked finger potatoes. Got the garlic aioli sauce which was just delicious (a little salty as I added too much of the aioli sauce-my fault). However I was very disappointed with their coffee. Had their world famous vanilla latte which was so watered down and worse than the one I make at home. Wish they made better drinks

Superrrr cute little cafe, lowkey prefer it more than the bigger Alfred's right nearby because it's quicker and less of a crowd. The workers there are super sweet too which is a huge huge plus!! I recommend the lavender matcha latte it's my go to here.

Came here yesterday for their first day open! I placed an order on their app and since it was their first day and they were busy and still working out kinks, it took about 15 minutes for it to be ready. I was surprised to see that it was a window walk up, as I was expecting a full cafe with seating just like their other Beverly Hills location. The decor was very cute with lots of floral and it was clean and tidy. The had a few tables outside to sit at. They are also located right near the gardens, so if you can't find seating outside the cafe, you can usually find an open table there. The staff was very friendly and I went to the pickup side (which wasn't labeled as pickup but I assumed) and one of the employees asked my name and found my coffee for me. I ordered the lavender latte with macadamia milk, which was perfectly frothy and creamy and the lavender added a nice earthy flavor. I regrettably forgot to add sugar to it, which is completely my fault, so if you like it sweet, be sure to add that! I still enjoyed it and it was a great pick me up to get me through a busy afternoon. Parking is super easy as it is right in between two public parking lots, both of which offer 2 hours of free parking! Plenty of time to get some shopping done at the stores nearby!

    Great seating!

There's no tables for sitting; all orders are take-out only to keep the lines moving. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and in a good mood. The interior is clean, warm, wood-accented, and minimalistic. They sell a few merch, including whole beans from their high-altitude source and Fellow products. They seriously know how to extract the perfect espresso here at Maru. Each cup, no matter which option you go with is balanced, silky and rich in flavor. 1. Espresso Con Panna (5/5) One of their signature drinks containing double espresso with cacao powder and their signature smooth, cream top. Lightly sweet, not bitter or acidic. It has a hint of tangy spice to it which I just loved. 2. Iced Breve Macchiato (5/5) A tiny, but mighty cup of double espresso poured over their signature velvety cream and milk. Aesthetically pleasing to look at, even more amazing to the tastebuds as the warm espresso plus the occasional coldness from the 1 large ice cube they place at the bottom of the cup. They also sell a few pastry items here such as croissants and matcha donut. I opted to try the Matcha donut, which was moist and has a spongy texture. It was not sweet and had a subtle matcha flavor. It paired well with the drinks. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area!!!

The drinks were amazing - the cream top lived up to expectations, it had the right sweetness, and was perfectly creamy/smooth. It looked like they allow customizations, as the customer before us ordered extra cream top. It's also situated right next to the fountain courtyard in Beverly Hills, so there is a place to sit, relax and enjoy your coffee. Definitely want to come back!

I love this place and I will always go back, full stop!…read more It is genuinely always packed -- there have been times where there are what feels like 100 people ahead of me in the queue -- but somehow they still make the drinks so quickly. And it's not just fast, it's consistent. Every single drink comes out exactly the way it should, which is honestly impressive for a place with that kind of volume. My go-to is the mango sago, but I also love the guava milk tea. It's legit so delicious and I have a hard time choosing between the two every time I come in. If you see a line, don't let it scare you off -- it moves way faster than you'd think!

The line can be insane, but we somehow lucked out and there was no wait on a Saturday ~6 PM. This was my first time at this location, and while it was fun being in the middle of Beverly Hills, the drinks and service weren't what I expected. The staff was fairly impatient (despite us being the only customers in the store) and seemed annoyed to provide recommendations to my family who had never tried HeyTea before. We got 5 drinks: triple matcha, brown sugar bobo, king jasmine guava, coconut mango boom, cloud jasmine. All but the king jasmine guava were either bland or extremely salty. The king jasmine guava was easily the best drink we got, but it had mostly a guava taste and very little jasmine. I've never had this experience before at the other locations, so I want to assume they were just having a really off day... All that said, it's Beverly Hills. Even the most popular places can be hit or miss depending on the day. While I was disappointed in this visit, I wouldn't mind giving it another try if I had a craving and was in the area. There's a few stools to sit on, but this is mostly a grab and go spot. Note on parking: there's some street parking in front of the store, but it can be tough to find an empty spot. There's a couple paid garages/lots on the block, and we were able to get free parking since we were there after 6 PM.

I'm always happy here bc it's not only delicious, but everything is such an experience and a total California VIBE which I love. I mean, look at the video of the exquisite sweets. I'm already planning to come back for Thanksgiving pies which I have purchased in years past bc everything they make is so gorgeus AND consistently delicious. I love that the staff is always so nice especially Valeria who is so well versed on the menu and so sweet. I also appreciate the thoughtful touches -- being able to get as much water as you want, enjoying the pretty views, people watching, and having food that is presented so beautifully you almost don't want to eat it! This is one of those places you know will always be good, and it's perfect to bring out-of-town guests for a quick, fun bite. I usually come here for breakfast and love getting a brunch and boba drinks with my twins. It's a special spot. This time I was just grabbing a croissant, and they even gave it to me at a discount bc it was later in the day. That was so kind and completely unnecessary and unexpected, and I really appreciated it. Urth Caffé is easily one of my top 10 favorite places. I just love coming here. The pictures are from my visit in May and just yesterday , August 1! Also, if you miss the in person experience on Beverly, don't worry you can have more of this beautiful café on the way out of Los Angeles at the LAX airport. I'm so glad this Cafe was chosen to represent Los Angeles because it is simply the best. Thank you! Support local.

Indeed I wrote to them as follows on May 6 as follows: "We have visited Urth Caffe several times and I have even given you a 5 star Yelp review. But today was disgusting!!! The toilets were appalling!!!! The men's room was filthy, and not a single paper towel to dry your hands. The women's was even worse with xxxxxx on the toilet seat itself, no seat covers YUK - had we seen this before ordering there is no way that we would have stayed and eaten. ??. How could staff clean their hands before making food. You deserve to be reported to the authorities. Disgusting I will have problems going back for sure. Unforgivable." They called me back the next day and assured me that it would be reported and addressed. This was then confirmed by email the same day: "Dear Brian, Thank you for reaching out to Urth Caffé with your concerns. We appreciate our loyal guests such as your self. We have forwarded your comments to our management team at Urth Beverly Hills and they will be looking into this matter further. We want to assure you that we are dedicated and committed to the absolute highest standards and best practices of cleanliness, health and safety for our guests. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. The Urth Caffé Team" Sounds reassuring right?? BUT Today almost 3 months later I have heard not a further word. The public needs to know. I would not go back ever again without first going in and inspected both ladies and gents toilets before ordering anything. If non sanitary then how can their staff wash their hands??? Yuk

The adult towers were excellent and the champagne and caviar were a perfect pair. They seated us right away for our reservation. My mom and I love high tea. We try a new place about twice a year. This place is stunning. The food is okay. I appreciated that my mom and I each had our own stand since most places do two of everything and place on one stand. The tea was good. It is a bit pricey - $135 per person for afternoon tea, an additional $65 per person for unlimited champagne. My mom & I both had the afternoon tea, she treated herself with the unlimited champagne and a $24 caviar bite which was so small, I would consider it half a bite. It was still worth a cute picture and my mom said it was delicious. The tip was included in our bill and was a little over $400. The servers are attentive and checked up on us often. I will say there is limited seating and although it is comfortable, it is a bit awkward. I would come back here for the aesthetics and look however as for food and traditional high tea, most likely not.
