Oh my merch! They have a lot of bits and bobs for you to peruse. Such cute little coffee themed items that would possibly brighten the gloomiest of days. I ended up grabbing a "you can sip with us" crop & I'm excited to wear it. Service was quick and friendly. The barista took the time to engage with me a bit & genuinely seemed to care about my experience. I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch which is flavorful and not too sweet which is a plus in my book. This is a bustling little cafe with some room to bring a buddy and chat, cozy up with a book, or get some work done (WiFi available!) I hope I'm in the area again so I can visit sometime soon.

This past week I went and there was no coffee taste and it looked even lighter than chocolate milk. So disappointing bc my drink comes out to $10 ($9 + $1 tip). And I went on my limited lunch break thinking I was getting a sure thing, but I tossed it after trying to drink at least half (mission: failed). It's the hot coffee you brew plus ice. Last I checked, that was the most common coffee order in the US. Ended up with a cold brew, which is not the same thing as iced coffee (and again... a "world famous coffee house" should know this). Cold brew has a different flavor profile and more caffeine. Either the employee is really uninformed about the most basic things about coffee or this business refuses to pour their normal medium/dark/flavored roast coffee over ice because they charge twice as much for cold brew... neither of which is acceptable. If you want to wait in a 30-minute line with kids running into you and the decor completely unattended, and overpay for a drink that wasn't what you ordered... this is the place for you. Otherwise, any of the other local Burbank coffee shops are better. Literally, pick any of the other places and you will have a better experience.
