Finley got ahold of customer service after waiting for an hour on hold and they was told they would deliver everything on 06/03/2025 from 7am to 6pm!!! It's 0850 on 06/04/2025 and our delivery never happened. Now I've been on hold with customer service for almost an hour. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do they evenly tell you they're placing you on brief hold which just means they can't give you an answer so you're being pushed off to wait for someone new. You can't get a manger on the phone. No one can type anything. I was told Wednesday and now it's saying Saturday on the app. Literally feeling at a loss. Primo Brands Water-delivery since ownership has changed has been awful. Delivery in May 2025 was skipped entirely. In July I was charged 3X as much for no reason. ($329 instead of $119) (That means I paid $110 per five gallon bottle, all of which I returned every time). Website wont allow me to remove my credit card or disable auto-pay. Mountain Valley Water is great water, but Primo Brands is TERRIBLE. I would give ZERO stars but ONE is the lowest they allow. Primo Brands actually owes me $200, but they say they owe nothing. I never leave ANY bad reviews but I just had to this time. I wish Mountain Valley had their own delivery service! Sorry for the bad review, but it had to be done. read more

Ridiculously and unnecessarily long story short: (yes, this novel is the short version) We set up service through Costco last year We had GREAT service, our delivery man was amazing and our water came on time, with a phone call the night before reminding us to put our bottles out Billing was spot on what we signed up for and was clear We received clean and clearly marked bottles of Primo water every other week Then....the merger We stopped receiving our delivery in April Went onto the website, saw banner saying that they were experiencing delays because of the merger Looked at account on their website and it said "Order canceled by customer", we would never because we can't drink the tap water here AT ALL, even our pets drink the bottled water Tried to reorder on the website, said our usual order is no longer available (two bottles every two weeks), said that the product we ordered (the Primo water) was no longer available and to choose something else After a search of the website, we chose the Primo water that was clearly still an option Noticed that despite us not receiving water for OVER A MONTH, they were still charging us delivery fees and dispenser rental fees We tried calling - over and over and over again. Spent HOURS on the phone trying to find out if we were ever getting water again. Checked bank...no water but still being billed Now we made it our side hustle to get these folks on the phone Sat on hold for hours, were transferred back and forth which reset the phone cue and required us to wait longer Got connected with a call center that said they would send us our water the following week and would refund the charges Did not get water the following week or a refund for charges Checked the website and again it said "Order canceled by customer"...um who is this customer you are referring to, we are thirsty and would never Again, charged delivery fees for delivery that didn't happen Called back again....got someone who seemed to be helpful, knowledgeable and stateside. We were promised that we would get our water the following week and we would get five bottles for the price of three and a refund on all the unauthorized charges Was told that we now have to order at least three bottles each delivery and that they no longer offer the two every two weeks Now, they said they have us on a monthly delivery so that means we get to stock up on giant bottles that take up the amount of space roughly the size of a small bathroom. Its cool, thank god we live in a palatial estate and not an apartment...oh wait So then finally, after a month of not getting any water, we receive a delivery What we were told we would get: 5 bottles for the price of 3 What we got: 4 bottles for the price of 4 Bottles: the old ones were clean, almost new looking and clearly branded as Primo water, the new ones look like they were pulled out of the city dumps, literally unmarked so it isn't clear whether we are even getting the water we are paying for If you looked at these bottles you would think that they have now hired a rube named Cletus, who goes around barefoot, pulling bottles out of the trash that he then fills by syphoning dumpster water with an old garden hose that he then delivers as fast as he is able to via a square wheeled bicycle... That may be a slight exaggeration, I heard Cletus has shoes now Like I told the 847th lady I spoke to on the phone, if the tap water here didn't cause you to grow a hand out of your forehead we wouldn't even need this service, yet here we are They had the nerve to send me a customer satisfaction survey today, that was fun They are going to have their bot reply to this message saying something like, oh we are so sorry, please email us and we will fix this. Spoiler alert: they aren't sorry and they won't fix it. So in conclusion, if you love being passed around like a j at a Marley concert from one call center to another, being charged for services you have not received, and love being thirsty - this is the service for you! If you want reasonable service that honors what you signed up for, is responsible with their billing and is accessible in the event of an issue arising...you may want to look somewhere else. read more

It was rescheduled 4 times [remember the first time receiving water from them] by the time we got the water we cancelled the service. We joined with Costco years ago. Always went great never had any issues with either of our accounts. One for home and one for work. Then the first merger happened. Our deliveries stopped showing up at work, but the home was still fine. They had we skipped deliveries for work which we have never done. Then we got it all fixed and things were better. This took a few months to finally get fixed. Now we are to today. Both accounts have been combined, I cannot locate invoices that match the amounts being deducted from our accounts. Which are two separate accounts that they seem to have combined. I was on hold the first time for over 30 minutes. The person picked up, gave the info, they asked how can I and then sent me to a survey. SERIOUSLY?! You did not even help me. Now I have been on hold AGAIN for 33 minutes at this point. I am beyond ready to cancel both my accounts but I cannot even speak to anyone! read more

One of these trucks (and they're Big) sped through our neighborhood, with brakes screeching they turned in front of our house, sped to the next intersection, again. I called to speak with supervisor was put on hold for more than half an hour. I called again they hung up on me. I called Again and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Service going great until new delivery guy shows up at 6 in the morning dumping bottles of water now I have 6 empty bottles and asking for $30 in late charges to be paid for drinking water. Advised I'm not paying $30 in late fees for drinking water and asked for corporate information and was asked "why?" And told "no." From October to today I have been told your new machine will be delivered over 5 times with dates and appointment details on the app. The date comes and no one shows up. My water delivery is every 1st Monday of the month. On 11/6 no one showed. When I called I was as told driver selected customer refused service. We didn't because no one showed up. Customer service agent said oh yeah they do that because they don't have time to deliver. So bad customer service,horrible products and drivers who don't deliver. What a joke. This review is for the Alhambra water service offered through Costco in the San Ramon/Danville area (also known as Primo water). Tried the service for six months and stopped due to too many constant issues.. Deliveries were sporadic. The water cooler heater system was very loud with the first one electric burning out. Customer service sucked. Good luck trying to get anybody to call you back in a timely fashion including when I tried to cancel the service they were billing me for three months later. We would place our order weekly, online. Mainly to day we don't need a delivery. Delivery day comes and the driver would leave 1-2 bottles. This occurred every week. We say delivery, they would bring more bottles. We stopped paying for the service until we used up what they delivered. Now when we want to restart service, we were told we would have to pay for the missed payments. Fine, we did. But, we would have to wait a week to see if we qualify for service to be reinstated. Even after we explained the issue, apparently it's our fault they wouldn't stop delivering water. We now have 8 empty bottles. The delivery driver I have now, Alfonso does not return calls or text messages. Frustrating because I've called 4 times this week to make sure my schedule delivery was still scheduled. I have 12 bottles at my place, which is a ONE bedroom!!! The bottles are taking up SO much space and even worse they say they are going to deliver and then I put the 12 bottles out in the morning and by the evening they are still there. Seven months later, the unit is still on my monthly invoicing with no sign of it coming off. Just told the branch manager is supposed to reach out and call me and approve the credit. Never happened. Even the general customer service line agent was rude to me when I've been very patient. Disappointed in this service. Really liked the delivery person though. Just recently moved to a new location, I called them up to change my address. When it was time for delivery I saw the address was missing my unit so I called to update it. Either way I have yet to receive a delivery. Each time it changed to a new delivery date it never shows up and gets pushed back. Completely unreliable. If you're counting on receiving your water on the date promised go to Ready Refresh. I've been a customer since 2019 and these clowns can't seem to get it right. They skip your delivery without notice, you go reschedule the delivery and they skip it again. I've called and been told a manger with call me back from the Manteca, California branch, and nobody has bothered to take a moment to even call back in over a week. At this point I've been rescheduled twice. I've placed my used bottles out front twice...and nothing. We don't have potable water in my area, so I don't even give my pets tap water. It's pretty ball-less that Primo can't even take care of the customers who are loyal and been with them for years.
