Always a great time coming here. It's worth the wait if you have to--food comes out fast, and the service is always welcoming and friendly. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the parking situation, but that can't really be helped. The adjacent lot has plenty of space anyway. I usually get the Phở Xe Lửa, and it never disappoints. It's packed with delicious cuts of meat, meatballs, tripe, and that huge rib--it always feels like two meals for me. The pickled onions are a game changer for adding flavor to the broth. This time, we also had the parmesan garlic wings, fried rolls, and the fresh spring rolls. The wings were crispy with just they just dump a hefty amount of parmesan on top--not something you expect at a pho place, but they pulled it off. The fried rolls were hot, crunchy, and loaded with flavor. They are the lettuce wrap style so customize them to your preference by adding a lot of fixings or a little. The fresh spring rolls were light and well-balanced, and they came with a smooth peanut sauce that tied everything together perfectly. Don't leave without getting the fries. Every time we come, the kids have to get their own--and then some to take home for the next day. The herbal tea is sweet, slightly floral, and really hits the spot. A half waiting for the food then wrong order came out then when it came to ask for refills also took forever we kept asking for things from another server because ours took a while, everyone in her section took a while for the food everyone left and there was a whole new set of people in the restaurant, we got our check before our refill of noodles, they tried making up for it by taking off a noodle from the bill which was nice but still kind of ruined our lunch read more

First timer at this pho spot. Ordered the pho xe lua, fish sauce fries, and pho chin. Iv always preferred ramen over pho, but this place might've changed my mind, the food was really good. Even if you've never tried pho before I'd recommend coming here and ordering what I got, you won't disappointed. Portions are huge and broth is flavorful. I will say service was a bit slow, but our waiter was friendly. The fish sauce fries are a must, they are crispy and the sauces used were well balanced, so the fish sauce isn't overpowering. All the meats in the pho were tender, especially the rib which fell right off the bone. Got a free herbal iced tee with yelp check in which was pretty good too. My new favorite pho spot. We order the beef belly (PHỞ TÁI BỤNG) and short rib (PHỞ SƯỜN BÒ). The broth was so delicious and you can choose between thin and thick rice noodles. Spring rolls and bone marrow were great as well. My bf and i will definitely come back to try other appetizers and pho. The manager was so nice and accommodating. We finally tried this place because all of the hype. It was amazing food. The coconut matcha green tea was delicious the pho broth was magical! However, the customer service was horrible. Both the guy and the girl working seemed annoyed and did not have time for anything. When I got there I told him it was our first time and what did he recommend and he didn't have much to say. I didn't know it was I limited noodles until I was leaving and the guy next to me asked for more noodles. We were already leaving but since my son didn't finish his I took some to go. Also, the parking is very spacious, make sure to utilize the entire lot! In regards to food, the pho was delicious! We ordered the Pho Xe Lua, Pho Suon Bo, and Roasted Bone Marrow. For drinks we ordered the special Pink Lemonade and Herbal Iced Tea. Unlike other pho places, All About Pho does not skimp out on the meat, they literally pack it to the brim. The meats are juicy, tender, and flavorful and really bring out the flavor of the broth. Also, you will never leave All About Pho feeling hungry because their noodles are unlimited! Their pho broth is literally cooked for 48 hours and contains no MSG. What makes their broth really unique though is water filtration method they use. They have a special filtration system that adjusts the pH levels of their water to make it similar to alkaline water, which allows their broth to be extremely clear and lets you really taste the flavor of the meat. The Roasted Bone Marrow is also a great starter to get! It has a nice rich, buttery, and nutty flavor with a delicately creamy texture. Also, the baguette slices that accompany it is very buttery and crispy which goes so well with the Roasted Bone Marrow. The pink lemonade was nice and refreshing and is not overly tart while the herbal tea was equally as refreshing and had hints of pandan and chrysanthemum. Definitely my family's favorite spot! My kids love the fish sauce fries. We've tried majority of the items on the menu and everything we have tried is delicious. We have our usual appetizers the eggrolls (they use a different outside wrapper must try) It's not your typical eggroll. The bone marrow with baguette slices are mouthwatering, buttery and full of flavor. My favorite drink is the coconut matcha. I even stopped my free herbal tea for it. The service is always friendly and energetic feel. I love the new rewards program for free appetizers or dollars off. The noodles for the soup are endless all you can eat but the portions are already generous so I rarely have to ask for extra noodles.
