Came with my family and some friends one weeknight and it was refreshing to see a Pho spot with an interior that could be described as "tradition meets modern". Although the ambiance as aesthetically unique and inviting (it's felt like I was entering a home decorated with beautiful China wares), the food was ALSO YUMMMMY! My husband and I have "upgraded" our tastebuds for Pho because we're matured in our love for Pho. You know a pho spot tastes good when the broth is good just by itself (without adding the lime, siracha or hoisen sauce) & isn't lacking any of the deep rich flavor you'd expect from a stock or broth that's been cooking for more than 24hrs. What surprised me is the fish sauce fries. I was expecting it to have a very subtle flavor but it was strong, but a good strong (if you like the taste of fish sauce, you'll love this). I love how the menu has "premium" meats offered and bowls that have your traditional "house special" meats. As most modern Pho shops go, it has your bone-in meat options, but I was surprised to see that they had a beef belly option for their protein. So I ordered that & it tasted great! Since my son was eating with us, I was glad that they offered bottomless refills of their thin cut rice noodles (the usual noodles that come with pho). So my son was able to eat a lot of noodles without me having to siphon from my bowl and husbands bowl (cuz I feel like some places don't give enough noodles & sharing isn't an option for hearty eaters or when you're starving). But it was just enough for us and to be able to have the option to order more noodles for FREE was a nice touch to their menu. So I'd say this restaurant is very hospitable to the kids in your family or the small eaters in your group cuz the bowls come in one size and it's very possible to share. All in all great food, and service was quick and accommodating. Will come back again! read more

I've been to All About Pho many times before and love the food but the service this time was surprisingly terrible. Dishes were wet and dirty (told the server...no apology). Had to ask 2 servers 3 separate times before they actually brought us extra noodles. They tried twice to clear our plates before we were done. The worst part was after I paid and tipped 20%, they let us sit for 5 mins then actually asked us to leave saying, "the manager wants us to clear the table because other people are coming." It had been literally 5 mins after we paid. I get it, there are people waiting and you want turnover to make money but we weren't there for an unreasonable amount of time (58 mins from when they brought out the food until they asked us to leave!) Really bad, unwelcoming experience for my friend's birthday. Very disappointing. Will likely not return. It's a pity because we've always liked their food and I've introduced dozens of friends here. read more

My wife and I visited during their soft opening and wow... hands down the absolute best pho we have had the pleasure of treating our tastebuds to (and we've had plenty). I'm from Texas and I know BBQ is a labor of love, so believe me when I tell you, their broth is FULL of love because it takes *heavy breathing intensifies* FOURTY-EIGHT HOURS before All About Pho deems it ready to serve to you. Tastebud heaven. No MSG either! Come for the food but stay for the food, I mean ambiance (the food is just pho-reaking amazing). The ambiance: Everything from the tables and chairs, to the bowls, tiles, and even the napkin holders are all imported directly from Vietnam, so the second you set foot into All About Pho, you are stepping into a warm welcome of Vietnam culture. The parking lot in front of this location is relatively small, so if you aren't able to snag a perfectly positioned parking spot, don't worry, there's a giant parking lot in front of Chuck E Cheese a few short steps away. This is a Texas sized must try recommendation. Be careful, this will make all other pho seem inferior. They don't want to see their broth go to waste either, so if you happen to finish everything but there is still broth left in your bowl, they will give you as many thin noodles as you need, so your broth isn't lonely and you can enjoy their pho to its fullest extent. Whenever we want to visit this place, it's always close then we realize they are closed on Tuesday! Lol Anyway, finally we made it on weekend.. Got the pho and egg rolls! Oh well, what more can i say!! We dont need to drive all the way to Huntington Beach to go to Pho 101 because there's another fave pho in the close area Place is nice and clean and they serve fast :) We've got free iced tea, thanks to yelp! Their prices range from $17 -$20 for bowl. They have unlimited noodle refills only on the small noodles. Don't forget to check-in on Yelp for a free herbal tea. It's good & refreshing & comes in a cute, unique cup. It was a little sweet, but worth trying. 9/10 For our starters, we chose the "Must Try" fish sauce fries. The fries were thin & crispy but drenched with too fish sauce. I was not a personal fan of the fish sauce fries. I would give it a 5/10 We also ordered the Spring Rolls. It was good & it came with peanut sauce on the side. 6/10 My boyfriend picked the "Best Seller" Pho Xe Lua. The broth was solid & the meat was fresh. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the beautiful interior! It's a very clean and contemporary style with hints of colonial-style accents like the shutters and chairs. It's absolutely beautiful; it would be a great place for a nice evening out. The food was all very tasty. We ordered the Pho Chin and Pho Tai Wagyu. The soup is well-balanced and tasty. The portion of beef is good and one can order unlimited thin noodles to keep adding to the broth! We also ordered the egg rolls which are fantastic! They are made with chicken and shrimp, and served with a sweet and sour fish sauce. They are definitely worth a try! The staff is friendly and attentive. Went here on a Wednesday night around 8:15pm. Once we were seated we had to wait a bit for our food, while all the other tables, including ones seated after us, were getting all their food. We got the fish sauce fries, these were amazing super light and crunchy, definitely recommend! Was super excited to try the pho but after the first couple bites I was slightly disappointed. My friend and I both agreed the broth was extremely underwhelming, quite literally no flavor, tasted like water :( The wagyu beef and noodles (both thick and thin options) were good despite the disappointing broth. We have a hunch they maybe were low on broth and added water to ours so they had enough since it was so close to closing time. The fish sauce doesn't really taste like normal fish sauce, it kinda tastes like truffle. We also ordered the spring rolls which were good and it came with a creamy peanut sauce which was bomb. The pho itself was decent and the wagyu was very tender. The Thai tea and the herbal iced tea was bomb. You definitely need to try their Thai tea it's fire. Always a great time coming here. It's worth the wait if you have to--food comes out fast, and the service is always welcoming and friendly. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the parking situation, but that can't really be helped. The adjacent lot has plenty of space anyway. I usually get the Phở Xe Lửa, and it never disappoints. It's packed with delicious cuts of meat, meatballs, tripe, and that huge rib--it always feels like two meals for me. The pickled onions are a game changer for adding flavor to the broth. This time, we also had the parmesan garlic wings, fried rolls, and the fresh spring rolls. The wings were crispy with just they just dump a hefty amount of parmesan on top--not something you expect at a pho place, but they pulled it off. The fried rolls were hot, crunchy, and loaded with flavor. They are the lettuce wrap style so customize them to your preference by adding a lot of fixings or a little. The fresh spring rolls were light and well-balanced, and they came with a smooth peanut sauce that tied everything together perfectly. Don't leave without getting the fries. Every time we come, the kids have to get their own--and then some to take home for the next day. The herbal tea is sweet, slightly floral, and really hits the spot. This spot is easily one of our go-to favorites. Also shout out to Fernie who was a huge addition to the team. Super helpful and made the experience that much better. read more
