He didn't reconnect our dryer vents which we didn't realize until the next morning when we turned it on and lint blew out the top. We noticed that our washing machine lid was caved in so we checked our ring camera. Eric (who isn't a small guy by any means) was using the washing machine as a step ladder to reach the vents. Our washing machine is less than a year old. We called to talk to the owner and Eric showed up unannounced when my wife was home. He denied anything happened even though we had proof it happened, which I would be glad to attach to anyone asking. He tried "fixing" the problem by forcefully punching the dent on the washing machine lid from the inside so hard that this threw off the sensor on the lid door. My wife told him that she was uncomfortable and he needed to leave. We sent videos of what happened to the owner Marc Anderson. Marc blew us off, didn't apologize, didn't offer any refund. He showed up unannounced without calling beforehand when we weren't home, saying he was trying to make it right, but couldn't schedule a proper time to come over. We were more than patient, but my mind was blown by this whole experience. The whole ordeal was $200 (not including the damage to the dryer.) Stay away from this company.

Very prompt. Suburban replaced my very old furnace and A/C Aug 2020. Everything went well. Fast forward to Oct 2021. Chilly cool day turned on the furnace to take the chill off. Imagine my surprise when the furnace wouldn't fire up. Contacted Suburban since I'd only used this system one time and felt they should come fix it. I was told there was no longer a warranty to cover labor and they want to charge me 69 to come look at it and then 145 an hour to fix the problem. I was in shock. Needless to say I told them where they could shove their labor charges and will be shopping around to get fair fee. Stay away from this company they don't stand behind their work. Plus who knows if the ducts have been cleaned since the house was built. Scheduling was easy and Sammy showed up on time. He was friendly and explained the process as well as the extra cost when there are more than 5 air ducts. I spent an additional $200 today because I had more than five are ducts. But I was told without the Groupon I would have paid $450. That's a pretty good deal! The company is based in Indiana and does not have any locations in Jacksonville. Sammy drove two hours from his home to Jacksonville. I would absolutely recommend using Integrity Air Duct Cleaning for your vent cleaning needs.

As such, I cannot even comment on their service -- but one scan of their Yelp page shows that isn't impressive. I recently purchased a Groupon promotion for duct/vent cleaning. The company's promotion proved to be misleading and confusing. It stated on the page that the company specializes in dryer-vent cleaning, among other items. Multiple customer reviews cited that their dryer vents were, in fact, cleaned as part of the promotion. When I tried to confirm my voucher, I was told that the service DID NOT include dryer vent cleaning and that would be an extra charge. When I took the company to task via email regarding this clear discrepancy, I was "greeted" by sales manager Jen Baker. Baker is rude, obnoxious, combative, argumentative, and downright mean. In a series of back and forth emails, she talked down to me and let me know that I, the customer, was the one who was wrong. Her refusal to admit that the company's advertising was misleading is quite suspect. And her tact? Straight up childish and minor league. Simply put, I can't imagine a company even talking to customers in such a petulant manner. The company promotes that they are family owned. This is one rude family that doesn't have a clue on how to run a business. And having Integrity as the name of the company is imminently laughable. Take your business elsewhere.
